Worked out in high school. When I moved away to college the gym on campus was crap. Need to get back into working out now that I am at university.

I do enjoy walks/hikes on occasion over 3 hours long but it's not something I commit to or see as working out. It's more because I enjoy nature and climbing.

i'd really hate to be muscular
and im slim and dont each much or unhealthily

there are other health benefits but
i'm not worried for various reasons

exhausting physical activity is just for fun

I only do an intensive workout once a week but I do lift weights and do pushups everyday. Now, I'm not a vain person, but I love the way I look in the mirror.

i usually go on a 30-minute bike ride every day and work out 2-3 times a week i guess, or whenever i have time.

I only go jogging 6 times a week for about 1h 30 mins :p Though also depends on the weather, if it rains I go for a 30 min run 'cause I don't have time to get sick lolol

I do some light muscle workouts too if I'm too lazy to go for a run :P

I do, i do 10 push-ups, and if I feel like it a bit more, I'm pretty strict with myself, because otherwise I'd be sitting all day on a chair. I don't really care about exercise, but I think I'll ruin myself sitting all day, I think it's also healthy in my situation. I also meditate, I guess it helps with keeping your thoughts silent. Yep. Oh yeah and a straight back, yay

I do a combination of Weights and Cardio (which is a combination of HIIT or Weights depending on the day and what I'm aiming for during the week).

I work out 5 days a week every week, no exceptions.

During Cardio If I'm on a bike or something I usually watch anime

In terms of specifics I posted it before so here it is:

Well, It is hard to really get an idea. Primarily I did weights starting at about 210 and maintained the weight but increased muscle mass. Then I did quite a bit of cutting to 190 while maintaining strength. Gained muscle to 200 but then put on about 230 as I stopped for a year due to reasons. I just started about 9 months ago and actually being strict 6-7 months ago.

I'm at 200 now with not only gaining in muscle mass but also losing fat (about 1lb a week). I'm aiming for 185 by april.

I'm told I look much different now lel

Yeah but its hard because the free weights are always taken up so you have to wait. Annoying as hell. My current work out schedule has been weird since I tore my quad tendon in football last fall. I've been trying to do a bunch of different stuff for my other muscles plus rehabilitation exercises to keep myself going to the gym just as often. I have not been able to squat, or do any other leg workouts that use a lot of weight so I have been itching to get this shit back on the road.
