Kio's anime list and top bar are an amazing combination of minimalism and coding, creating a unique top bar like we never seen before! It doesn't feel anything like a normal custom topbar, its more like something out of Windows, a game, or a well-designed computer program. It's convenient, easy to use, and compliments the rest of this gorgeous layout well.  Bunnie's topbar wins runner-up; it's incredibly well-customized and the cutest we ever seen! Judges have selected my list as the one with the most creativity, thank you! I have brought you an interactive layout that resembles a game with specific category pages for each character and powerful animations and overlays. It even has an opening menu that resembles the character select screen of many classic video games, but with high-end graphics and an animated scrollbar!  Doomcat55 brings us an amazing horizontally scrolling list that is made almost entirely out of CSS! It has a feel like a real futuristic tool with its intricate animations on hover and 3-D shading. | Congrats to all the winners! So many amazing designs - I felt really torn when I can only choose to vote for one person. Still can't believe I got so many mentions because everyone is so good but I'm glad I braved myself to participate. |
