I love this show. I don't feel like it is childish, I feel like it is targeted at an older audience.

Anyone know when episode 48 will air?

I do watch it, I just love it ^_^ it's cute, seems childish but in fact it's not, I agree with Squeeker :)

Like the Show, Hate crunckyroll. The torrents are sparse. I'm allways 2 epi's behind. Not a worry, this gets a 7 (my medium high score) from me for good writting.

Great show. It feels like the Sazae-san of our generation.

i love the show too - look forward to it every week and it's one of the few currently airing anime that I watch the day it's released. I almost didn't give it a chance at first because I thought I'd be turned off by the animation style, but I'm glad I did!

I think most of it is targeted at an older audience - kids will laugh at some slapstick jokes and cutesy antics so it can be a show you watch with the whole family, but there's so much stuff in there that will just fly over a younger audience's head. There's so much in there that I would not have appreciated 5 or 6 years ago and I think it's a really underrated family show here (although from what I hear it's a pretty mainstream hit in Japan, not just among the anime crowd.)

It seems every week Reiko is recapping conversations I've had with friends about husbands or kids. The stick and stone episodes... literally a week before it aired I was talking to my friends about how our husbands couldn't resist picking up a good stick or rock. We came back from a trip with a pocket full of rocks and even though my husband doesn't really watch anime, I made him watch that episode because I had made fun of him for his love of sticks and rocks just a few days before.
