 Mobile game developer Cygames has announced at AnimeJapan 2016 that the latest anime adaptation of the Shingeki no Bahamut franchise is titled Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul. | Looks like it'll have the great visuals the original series had. Key characters from the original series seem to be back again except for Amira I guess. Favaro will probably have a smaller role. Perhaps he's busy still trying to bring Amira back or something. I hope the new girl will be a good mc, she seems pretty energetic. |
| Other than Nina, who seems likely to be annoying as hell, this is all looking very good. All the old cast are definitely there (even Amira, who I swear I saw appear at one point very briefly), but I hope they don't get sidelined too much in favour of Nina and whatever other new characters we get. Hopefully this ends up airing in the Autumn or something. |

| I'm so happy we got the main characters again and they didn't do what Garo did which ended up having a terrible 2nd season compared to the first by replacing everyone with shit characters. Hopefully this new season is as good as the first which I really liked. |
