| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- We don't see a lot of good demons these days^^ Inuyasha and Kagome go to a village in search of a herb to help Sango and Kirara and surprisingly meets a good half demon Jinenji who is being accused of killing villagers. I guess no doubt he were going to help him clear his name :D |

| Such a sweet episode! This is probably one of my favorite fillers of the show. :) I'm glad it some more InuyashaxKagome development, too. |
| I kind of wish those guys who were picking on Jinenji would have been killed... Or at least a few of them. >.> I do like the episode though. I wonder though, his mother seemed attractive as well as the father... You'd think he would have turned out attractive too? x.x; |

You'd think he would have turned out attractive too? x.x; While his father could appear in fully human form, Jinenji doesn't have the same level of power. He is restricted to one form, and had bad luck in the human/demon gene lottery as far as his looks go. On the other hand he was strong enough to defeat a full demon in hand to hand combat (although she'd been wounded by Kagome's arrow). Inuyasha's obvious physical difference due to his demon half is relatively minor--the canine ears--although we haven't seen under his robes to check for a vestigal tail or extra nipples so we can't be sure. before I knew it Kagome was beside me...(approximately)--a really touching quote and even more indication of the developing relationship between them. Inuyasha is still a little childish and a lot stubborn so this may take a while though... |

| Wow, what a really beautiful episode. It had themes like bullying and being different. This episode really hit home with me. One of the best filler episodes of the series so far, and probably ever. Man, InuYasha has had such great character development since the beginning of the show. I loved when InuYasha opened up to Kagome about being different and etc and when he said to himself that he enjoys Kagome's company that was such a cute moment! Ah, what a great episode! I love this show, I used to watch it every Friday night at 10-11 pm on TV. One of my favourite series of all time. A childhood classic. |

| Poor Jinenji. If it had the strength to fight back he would have done so, but he was too afraid and not strong. I'm liking the pacing of this show. |

| I just love how Inuyasha is always playing so cool and strong in front of Kagome whenever something personal occurs. This is just like it was in the first episodes! Also, Jijenji killed that demon by hugging her XD |
| A new ship have appeared : Jinenji x Kagome! It would make some hot scenes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Just kiddin', Kagome and InuYasha is still going strong. Freakin' peasants. I understand why they were suspecting him. But witchhunting never end well. |

| Love those Inuyasha X Kagome moment, this episode was ok, i've seen a "retelling" of the The Hunchback of Notre-Dame so much but this one was really cool, i liked it ! |

| i thought they gonna use that half demon to create opening for inuyasha's development, but except 1-2 minutes in the end they didn't. it still was good story though, if it weren't to heal kirara i would say it's a filler. and those villagers acting less than even a demons... |
| Jinenji is a such a gentle giant. You can tell how humans can really be even cruel than any other demons out there. Fear of the unknown is real. |

| gosh, I love Jineji... So sad that the villagers were so ignorant thinking it was Jineji's fault instead of providing proof. |

| Jinenji's story is tragic like Inuyasha's... at least he had a happy ending thanks to Kagome. I liked the setup of this episode. It was a nice excuse to pair up only Inuyasha and Kagome in an adventure like in the early series. It was adorable and had a sweet ending. The romance is progressing slowly but surely. |
