This episode was trully amazing!!! Probably the best one of this season! I got really excited in the last minutes and when the ball hit the ground I was so happy that seems like I was watching a real match!!!

I`m also really proud of Karasuno, my babies grew up so fast.... T-T

Perfect use of the Ost there. Heck everything blended together what makes Haikyuu!! great in that last play. Good stuff.

I was literally jumping up out of my bed at the end. The last two points from Karasuno were amazing and Kageyama finally got his revenge with the dump.

Man, I get so pumped after these episodes that I just want to run through a field screaming my head off but it's almost midnight and the neighbors are probably already mad about my shouting...

That montage of Oikawa losing to Ushiwaka and now Kageyama was heart-breaking. It made me realize I actually kind of like him.

That said, I'M SO PROUD OF THE CROWS!! I was so pessimistic throughout this entire game, because in the same mindset as Kags, I've always seen Oikawa as an unattainable goal. I still think Oikawa is the better setter, but Karasuno's win was very well-deserved and realistically executed. What a powerful episode.

What an ending......................Improved and won against Aoba Johsai

S1 Ep 24: Hinata with closed eyes was blocked by the iron wall
S2 Ep 24: Hinata with open eyes got past the iron wall

The last scenes really gave me goosebumps.

DUDDEEEE I SWEAR animation really does make a difference lol I mean like I knew what the outcome was because I read the manga ahead of time but it's just like having the feels all over again once it's being animated (;*△*;)

I was literally screaming "kyaaa" almost the entire time. My cats were worried about me. (Watched the ep the same day it was released but just now remembered to read the discussion thread.)

Kageyama is <3 Poor Tooru tho.

Damn, that was intense !!

Probably my favourite episode in the season. Finally, Karasuno goes to the finals. Kageyama got me with his toss, not only teammates. Making such decision under great amount of pressure , he got nerves of steel for his age. The last Hinata's spike was epic.People say, that it will get better in next season. Can't get more hyped !

Too bad, Yamaguchi's serve didn't work, but ye he's gotten very good at it!

Man, Daichi took on Tooru's serve like a man there!

Oh Suga spotlight, nice! GAWD when Hinata picked up that Kentarou is gonna spike, and rushed to Kageyama's side... that moment was fabulous!

DAMMIT KAGEYAMA HE TOTALLY TOOK THE SPOTLIGHT... Didn't see that coming....

Oikawa's trust in Iwaizumi really is something. I mean, it is obvious, they are setter/ace respectively, but still, that signal was like "I choose you, Iwaizumi. I trust you more than anyone. If it's you, I believe you can make it!"

Asahi got the final point, awesome-- or so I thought. Damn it Watari. It's Hinata, SO EPIC! Even Oikawa couldn't stop it!

Wow... Such an intense and amazing match esp. this episode and Tadashi moments. 11/10, Haikyuu did it again dammit

Even though I've read the manga like four times, I was still sitting there jumping up and down and screaming at my computer the whole second half of the episode.

MY POOR HEART.

I am glad Karasuno won, but damn if I don't hate seeing Seijoh lose. ;-;

I'll probably binge read the manga after the finale. I can't wait for season 3! ;~;

I haven't experienced the thrill that I did watching this episode in a long time. That was astonishing, just absolutely incredible. It was Haikyuu at its best, and a near-perfect payoff for everything that Haikyuu has been doing since the end of the first season.

Can't wait for the aftermath, which is sure to be an emotional affair and a fitting end for this fantastic season.

Pretty cliche ending: third set, close score, long rally, protagonist team winning, etc. Pretty much what you would expect. I can't deny it was pretty exciting tho, so I'm giving a 5/5. I just hope the same thing doesn't happen every time from now on.

This was by far one of the best anime episodes in anime sports history.

Especially that last rally,the animation wasn't so fancy but at the same time was amazing.

And this is not the best Haikyuu can offer? OH BOY

I have so many emotions stirring up inside me beyond ready to explode because this episode was phenomenally well done in every aspect. One of the best, if not the best episode in anime history. I expect the score to go up due to this episode alone. Perfection doesn't even begin to describe this. I can only sit in awe of what I just witnessed as my heart calms down to a steady beat once again. This anime just continues to be fantastic and I truly and utterly pity the poor people who will not give Haikyu a chance and those who dropped it after a few episodes. They will never encounter these feelings, they will never witness such great production.

Sigh, I just.......love this anime so much. I can't ever express what I truly feel. Words fail me at times like these. Season 3, please hurry!

I really love how the author tells the story of both teams, that, in the end you got no choice but to be torn about one of them losing because you know how much effort the characters put in the match

Best sports animu I've seen to date, not that I've seen that many.

The chaotic final point was such an excellent way to show the variability of volleyball. The series had shown so much overall. The randomness of the game, the amount of choices that can happen in a game, and how even though we're pretty sure Karasuno was going to win, exactly how they win is an exciting experience. And I think this is why sports shows are so hard to make. Because as opposed to the real sport, where there is actually unpredictability, the viewers more or less knew at what point of the plot does the home team have to win or lose. A fictional series need to create something for viewers to care about, even if we ultimately know the result. And here, the victors, the losers, the viewers could feel it all.

What an experience.
