Love Mode - drama, romance, deffinitely tragic but happy!!. Dont get fooled by the 1st chapters, it get soo much better after that. Different stories happening but they are all related to each other, its finished. I find it one of the best manges Dont get fooled by the cover or that art Its really good, one of my favs :D

I will recommend more once i get more, that was on top of my head when i read ur request :)

What You Don't Want: I Dont Like Weird Lookin Characters like drawn really weird (e.g. Zetsuei 1989) i also dont like really female looking characters(e.g. in Okane Ga Nai i love the manga so far but Ayase looks too-too feminine('hes also really small' which makes kinda makes me laugh when i read it)

Tatoe Toraware no Koi demo - It have rap, smutty. Might start as if its a romance story but its not and it takes a 180 degress turn. Not finished. Enjoy!!

Under Grand Hotel - Really smutty, its kinda have rape and if u are ready for very graphic and explicit manga then this is the one for you. I dont know if u will like the art but its one of those mangaes then even the art doesnt matter. Finished.

Dog Style - Dont get fooled by the cover or the art. Really smutty. Finished. Nice story. Doesnt inclub rape but totaly worth the read.

Kamisama no Ude no Naka de - Art is amazing, really smut, with no rape. But stories are amazing!! A good read with the true sense of enjoying yaoi. Not finished but its a long manga with different plots that are connected to each other.

Taiyou has pretty art and fine story. I liked it :)
But if I remember correctly I didn't like Wild Rock. Neither plot nor art.

Oh, Viewfinder is the best of course ^ ^ I couldn't have omitted it ;) I think I've read all mangas online drawn by Yamane-sensei ;p And I'm drowning in my sadness, cause it's airing so slooow. Just like Crimson Spell. T^T

Ikuko Irokoi Romantan - It's smutty, but not hard yaoi, both guys are very manly, characters' designs are beautiful, and I would recommend you watch the anime also, animation is kinda like Junjou Romantica.
Ai no Kusabi - again guys are manly, art is beautiful, it actually has a story, and I would recommend the anime also, expecially OVA 2010.
Enzai - you said you wanted sex, so there you go, it's really hardcore yaoi and some scenes you might find rather disturbing, but the good thing is the story is very nice and the game is also popular so maybe you can try it out too. The main boy called Guys isn't very masculine, but he's not all "lady like".
Sensitive Pornograph - another very explicit anime/manga, though romances are really cute, and also there are no extremely uke guys.
Love Neco - I still haven't met a yaoi fan that dislikes this manga, it's pretty, characters are really cute, and the uke/seme "title" varies, if you like this then you should check out other manga by Mishima Kazuhiko.
