It got the no. 1 spot on the top selling manga list at one point... this was back in 2011 for volume 2, but I'm thinking a lot of those people probably continued with the series afterwards, and kept it selling fairly well. Or, at least I hope this is the case, and this will become as big as Hellsing was before it... (or perhaps even bigger) and they'll continue making it. The fact that they're also bringing back Berserk makes me hopeful that we're beginning to see a sea change in the trend of anime being produced. |
