| I think it would be useful to add "pages per chapter" information to manga similar to how "minutes per episode" works with anime. Even if it isn't used for calculating time spend reading it would still be nice to know how the chapters tend to be. This would be especially useful for ongoing manga. |

Four koma volumes are shorter and there's no indication for manga that are four koma. Ongoing manga don't have volume counts. There are even some manga like Akira which have long volumes (350 pages per volume, I believe) so although there are 20 chapters per volume the chapters aren't that short. |

| Nah, Manga pages are irrelevant since you are reading and viewing the art. Sometimes a single page got many words on it. And sometimes it's just a scene without dialogue. Lastly it will consume a lot of time since the page counts varies. |

| While it's true that there are some exceptions (Akira, Lone Wolf and Cub, Violence Jack, Tezuka's works, etc.), you can mostlycalculate it by just seeing the chapter-to-volume ratio of a series. Most of the time, a volume is about 200 pages long. So: If there are about 10 chapters per volume, they are 18 - 22 pages long. if there are about 5, they are 35 - 45 pages long. And so forth. |
