Plot Hole about CC and Mao

Hi, I've discovered something that I would consider as a major plot hole in Code Geass.

(First of all, sorry for my english, it's not my native language)

Unti the Episode 15 of R2, CC's wish was to die.

We know that only a Geass owner who mastered the Geass (resulting in having the Geass symbol in both eyes) can kill the Immortal who gave him this Geass.

We see that Mao actually mastered his Geass, so he could totally kill CC.

1) So why the fuck CC doesn't just let Mao kill her, in order to fullfill her wish?

2) Moreover, don't you think it's pretty hard to believe that in centuries, CC didn't manage to fullfill her wish? All she has to do is to give someone the Geass, wait until this person masters it, and then letting him kill her.

What do you think about this?

1) Mao didn't master it. Not even close. Just because a geass spreads to both eyes doesn't mean it reached full potency. That's called a runaway geass. You can read more about that here: http://codegeass.wikia.com/wiki/Geass
The only person we know of who mastered it is Charles zi Britannia, who was going to kill C.C., as per her wish before Lelouch interrupted.

2)If she did, the story of Lelouch wouldn't exist :P

1) Ok, my bad :) I didn't know about that.

2) Yep. Actually, that's what make the immortality of C.C so horrible. Finding someone who can master the Geass take ages.

3) Also, is killing the person who gave you the Geass the only way to obtain the Code?
For example, can someone who mastered the Geass obtain the Code, by killing a Code's possessor, different that the one who gave him?
(That would mean that Lelouch could have obtain the Code by killing Charles, if we assume he mastered the Geass during or before episode 21 of R2)

4) Actually, you don't have to fully master the Geass to kill the Code's possessor. CC's geass was to it's maximum potential but she couldn't control it when the nun transfered her Code.
