Cook - Irisviel von Einzbern Nothing beats the cooking from a mother.  6. Doctor - Rias Gremory With THAT healing technique I hope I get injured more often.  7. Archaeologist - Jibril Knowledge is pretty much her hobby, so perfect choice here.  8. Shipwright - Kallen Stadtfeld Knows a lot about mechs, I'm sure she can handle a ship.  9. Musician - Sonokoe Utae Having an idol on the ship will raise the moral.  |

(Swordsman) Saeko Busujima - I actually chose Kuneida Aoi but I wanted to go all out with my crew. After all this is a One Piece Harem v42.  3. (Navigator) Nagisa Aizawa a navigator of all types be it direction, knowledge, leadership and love.  4. (Sniper) Asako Kusakabe - a top tier sniper with that all too "close" attitude despite being skillful at distance.  5. (Cook) Erina Nakiri - I guess I take the best cook out there. She has the "God Tongue" and its not called GOD TONGUE for a reason ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).  6. (Doctor) Yuuko Sagiri - I would battle all out just to be attended by this fine lady.  7. (Archaeologist) Kujou Sakurako - A regen of Nico Robin I couldn't ask for more, especially if she is with me and not with that Twat Shotarou.  8. (Shipwright) Kanade Sakurada - With her abilities my ship would be on top form all day. Bring it on World Goverment and fellow pirates.  9. (Musician) Alex Benedetto - Best voice around and voiced by one of my favourite seiyuu's Noto Namiko.  Naming you harem crew would be a nice idea Cap'n. |

Swordsman - Stella - A swordsman that manipulates fire, ready to bring nin the heat to any ship that falls victim to these crew  3. Navigator - Hanekawa Tsubasa - She doesn't know everything, she just happens to have vast knowledge on geography, methereology, and god knows what else  4. Sniper - Lilith - No magician, witch or sorceresswith better aim than our red haired magical sniper  5. Cook - Ikumi - She may be the meat master, but she'll have to remember to put some oranges on the menu while travelling  6. Doctor - Aqua - Divine healing powers + who wouldn't want a water godess on the crew when sailing throw the seas.  7. Archaeologist - Tearju - Instead of an archeologist this crew has a brilliant biologist, after all, with a crew like this, biology becomes a much more interesting subject  8. Shipwright - Sonoshee - After what she did in the Yellow Line there should be no doubt she can make a vehicle spead through the water  9. Musician - Koito - A beautiful voice than can also be used for combat purposes  |

I was really hard-pressed to come up with a shipwright, so I chose Shimakaze from KanColle, since she's cute. But man, I just remembered Tomoe Mikagura from Tailenders.
