add option to disable autoplay of GIF images and formally suggesting MAL to do dynamic/lazy loading of all images
| just like on social media like Facebook and Google Plus this 2 features can speed up the browsing experience of users and can let MAL allow more bigger file size restrictions on images like signatures and avatars dynamic/lazy loading of images is when the images are only loaded when they are in to the view of users that the user have to scroll down before the bottom/other images will be loaded |
Very good suggestions. atm, unless its on the lists, I can't see how they'd negatively impact anyone- unlike some of the recent and questionable changes |
| I hope dynamic loading is supposed to be optional too. Because personally I don't like seeing how the site loads more stuff as I scroll down. Makes it feel like a beatup car that is about to break completely. |

| Well, why not? Since it can be enabled/disabled. Looking from the perspective of users with the slow internet pretty much tells me how they feel. Probably Boku No Pico buffered more than 50 times. | I love this idea. I hate it when people include gifs in their sigs, it's wasting my internet quota when I'm not using my broadband. I don't hate people posting gifs in threads since most of them are funny. But I find them annoying if they're sizes are larger than 200 x 200 or longer than 7 seconds. |
