| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Damn, I love the new OP song, more intense than the previous two. Great to see some of the main characters return Celty. I think the show is off to a terrific start with the return. I like how the action transited between the previous season. Good amount of buildup for this arc/season at Shinra's apartment.  Good episode. Izaya's past events still has influence in this arc ;o |

| OP song is so cool. It seems like the police officers who captured OnoD's character got controlled? Shimono-san's character seems to care about the twins, and warned them not go out. Many people who searches for hideout gathering, and ended up talking about Celty's head. lol @ KajiKaji's character interested in Mask guy's research. Wow, letters of Celty's thought expressed on black thing when angry! FukuJun's character sensing something might happen and it involves with Celty. ED song is so cool. The character tree thing looks a bit different this time. Also, Celty's head there! Featuring female characters mostly next. |

| OP/ED are nice. An interesting start, going over some situations with Aoba's message to the twins and that one character being controlled (by Anri/Saika?). Celty coming in to a room full of people and wondering why they're here was amusing, and even more so with her going against Namie about her head. |

| This episode served as a great reminder that everyone in this series except for maybe Celty are fucking crazy lol First off the OP and ED are great as usual for DRRR but I think that this OP has been the best since OP1 and 2 of S1 and the ED is surely up there with the best It was nice seeing everyone again, as well as getting proper explanations as to why everyone we in Shinra's house so that plus seeing Izaya escape and come out on top pf things again was really great The comedy in this episode was HILARIOUS but putting that aside I like how a new alliance was formed so things are going to get very very interesting from here on out and I can't wait Great start to the final season |

| Finally Drrr again. Almost every character turned up. lol Izaya kicked in the stomach but he's totally alright, didn't even blink. I missed Kaji Yuki voicing Yumazaki, it's so funny I liked the previous OPs more though |

| Everyone is back at Celty's and Shinra's place. Again. That cop who goes after Celty all the time was boss in this episode. I loved how he told Shizou that Celty needs to turn on the lights on her bike xD Fortunately not as much plot to bore you. And damn I kinda want to see that dullahan doujin. |

| I didn't like Shou and Ten as much as the first season, so I had my worries about Ketsu. I am so happy though, I loved this episode. Seeing all my favourite characters again and then a bunch of them in the same place- that was just great. Really funny episode too. |

| Starting up with top craziness as usual XD Shingen and the gas masks part was so hilarious lol Seiji and his chicks never cease to amaze me. So f***n crazy LOL'd so much at Shinra wanting the Dullahan doujins XD And ofc Izaya wasn't hurt. Hell he was awake while getting ping ponged lol A new Guild has been formed and boy is it quite the formidable one. Look out Izaya ^^; Loved the ED art esp the Izaya upside down vs Shizuo one |

| God I missed this series and the atmosphere of it. Nice explantion on why everyone gathered at Shinra and Celty's house. As expected by Izaya, it was part of his plan to let himself get caught in order to find out about this Saika wielder's hideout. They joined forces, this will be interesting.. Meanwhile, Mikado just keeps sinking lower... I dont know what that guy is up to and we havent been seeing much from him. It just looks like he's some kind of tool used by that Kuro guy |
| Great return from one of the most consistent top series in last few years. The op song is great, but it seriously could use more Mikado. Otherwise brilliant episode and brilliant adaptation yet again. The convergence of all that was and will be is about to begin. 5/5 -Elevated- said: Meanwhile, Mikado just keeps sinking lower... | This opening was amazing. I loved the interaction that was going on in Shinra and Celty's place, got a few almost giggles there. Getting to see some of Izaya's awesomeness right at the get go as well makes me happy. Shingen's group was a huge WTF part that I couldn't help but laugh at. Mikado used to be so cute, the change is real and happening. |

| I'll be honest, if this episode wasn't from Durarara, I would say that it was pretty crap. Saying that, it wasn't even that great by Durarara's high standards. Well, it was still a better episode than most of what the first cour of x2 had to offer. |

Unless he is acting to himself, it would make no sense him to think to himself how he and everyone underestimated him or how frightening and great Mikado is. Aoba IS using it for his benefit, but Mikado knows that. And Mikado did admit to Celty that he is doing exact same with Aoba and his group. |

| haven't watched it yet, but the OP is already my favorite of the season edit: Finally watched it, the craziness in this episode is everything I love about durarara! I'm so excited for the final season! |

| I never thought I'd say this but I actually felt a bit bad for Izaya being tossed/used as shield/kicked while "unconscious". I like how the used this episode as well as to progress and as to help us remember what happended before :D OP was good, I like it, but this show had better ones (imo) |

| Amazing first episode. Glad to have more Durarara this Winter season. So, was Aoba the one who run out Kadota? He says to Izaya's sister that denying that event would be useless, but it didn't make it clear to me. About the rest of the episode, Shingen is the best as always (dat gas mask trio while saving Namie) and the scnes in Shinra's house were seriously hilarious. That team is really badass. And Izaya showing again why he is a cunning bastard. Slon has been rekted again. Next episode when? |

| This episode had everything I wanted out of durarara. I really liked shou out of all durarara so far, I felt ten was pretty bumpy, but this episode is a great transition to get back into durarara. Can't wai to see how this goes :D |
| I liked the OP, Flow once again provides another great song. The interactions between everyone in Celty's apartment was just pure craziness, I definitely would have lost my mind if I was in her position. Lol Walker getting so excited over the thought of them being a guild. And Izaya wasn't even unconscious, damn he's ridiculous. I'm looking forward to seeing the craziness that will inevitably occur throughout this season. |

| first thoughts on OP is meh but I'm sure I'll grow on it like I do with every other DRRR OP. Glad to see Shizzy is still BA AF Im glad that this ep was a recap (kind of) because I often seriously have no idea who is on who's side and wtf is happening. I'd really like to see more Simon and Kadota this cour. Kishitani's Dad is pretty cool (reminds me of 12th from Mirai Nikki). All these Saika wielders are confusing me :/ The ED is cool |

| Love the op and ending. Seeing everyone together at Shinra's place was great and funny. Felt sorry for Celty lol. Not surprised at all that Izaya was playing along. Great episode and can't wait for more. |

| I recently finish marathoning durarara a week ago so I can't say I've been waiting really long for ketsu lol. Anyway, a great episode, does this guild thing mean Mika will get more screentime? I really like her for some reason. 5/5 |

| I love the new OP. ED is nice, too. Izaya being thrown around were my favorite parts of the episodes.I laughed so hard at them. xD And in general, the episode was very funny and I liked it a lot. It's good to see everyone back. |
| What a fantastic episode! The OP was great (and gives me a new idea for the next cosplay meetup), the ED was pretty nice (what's up with that black blob, exactly?), and the humor was excellent! Can't wait for the rest of the season! (I hope this isn't the last season, either. Like, I know it's the third of three cours, but I hope we get a Durarara!!x3 sometime later.) |
