| Figured I would make this topic as an introduction to Mahjong and for any of you who may have questions about it. Guides: Mahjong Made Simple Japanese Mahjong Scoring So you want to play Mahjong The first guide is a good introduction to the game and the second guide is good for Japanese terminology. The third is a handy downloadable Word document with rules, terminology, scoring, images & links to resources. Mahjong is one of those games that have a bit of a learning curve at first but are easy to play once you get the hang of it (but difficult to master). The hardest part in learning Mahjong is calculating hand values. Also check out Osamuko's Mahjog Blog which is another good Mahjong resource.. |
