His eyes are what makes him special. Although he can not control the glow emitted from them that he so hates, they do allow him something of his advantage. To put it into simple words, Kuro can 'see' well. He can see many things that others can not. His eyes can easily spot the place of an injury, even if it's an internal injury he will be able to spot it. His eyes also allow him to 'see' smell and sound if he concentrates, meaning he can follow a trace of smell and can see the direction a voice is coming from. He can see things from meters away and looking at someone's lips he can read them as they speak from far away. Even if someone tries to render his eyes useless by blinding him or something of the like he will still be able to trace the shape of smell and sound. All in all, he is great at locating things and if someone were to ambush him he would see it coming.

Despite everything that has happened in his life, Kuro is a guy that spends his day smiling and if others are nice to him, he will be more than happy about that. Seeing his own eyes saddens him, but aside from that it's not easy getting him sad. And although his girlfriend had died right before his eyes, he won't be scared to get close to anyone if he has the chance to.

- Healing:
  Kaori can be considered a Cleric, she uses her magical powers to heal wounds. To activate her healing power she needs to be within 20 feet of the target that she wants to heal. To keep healing she can't move around, if she does need to move for some reason it will interrupt the healing process. The healing happens progressively. All healing is single target for now.
  
  Minor wounds take little to no time to heal up, mostly within 1 post. Medium wounds take longer to heal up, she needs about two full posts. Heavy wounds take 3 full posts. Wounds, even holes from bullets or abilities do close up. There are however limits of what she can do with this power, for example she can't re-grow cut of body parts nor can she lighten the pain. And if people are knocked unconscious she won't be able to revive them by healing, only stabilize the target and prevent him/her/it from bleeding out/dying.
- Support/Buff spells:
  Her buffs are AoE effects that effect up to five people (Including herself) that party up with her. The buff she casts last for as long as she keeps supplying it with magical power. It takes 1 post to active the buff after which it will keep sapping mana until canceled, the exception for this is her boost spell which only works for 1 next action skill and then needs to be recast. At most she can have 3 buffs activated at the same time although the more buffs the harder the strain on her mana is.
  - Stat boost: The buff gives a +2 to a primary stat of Kaori's choice.
  - Feather fall: Instantly gives the party feather fall which allows them to fall down at the speed of a falling feather.
  - Traceless walk: A small layer of magic under the shoes of the party which prevents the sound of walking.
  - Shielding: A small magic layer around the bodies of those in the party, reduces the damage one would take by 10% of total damage caused.
  - Boost: Allows the next skill/hit/shot to be 25% more effective.
  - Light: A ball of light forming in Kaori's hand or set in a place of her choice within 10 feet of her, the ball is illuminating an area up to 30 feet and giving low light for an additional 30 feet after that.

Biography:
Kaori was born and raised in the city of Shizuka, her parents have been working at the hospital for as long as she could remember. From a young age she aspired two things, help out her parents at the hospital and become a famous classical musician, for the first she went to school and did her best learning, with her dedication she showed her parents decide it was time to tell her about her dormant magic and the training they would provide her. And so she learned healing and supporting magic. It was still important to study though as not everything could be solved with magic alone, so eventually she went to college learning how to be a nurse. For her second dream, she started learning how to play the violin, she was inspired by the sheer force of classical music ever since she first saw a recital with her parents when she was five years old. Although in this day and age she has adapted to also be able to play some more styles then just classical. She used to have an older brother, but he died when she was still rather young as well, the event had a great impact on the family, more about it is written in Event 1.

With her having a power to heal she is often requested to come over to other factions and help out or deliver medical supplies, she does so with joy and tries her hardest to help out. Thus she might be well known by a few individuals which might appear later in the biography.

Personality:
Kaori is an energetic girl, righteous and social, often being overly friendly and acting closer to people then she probably is. She isn't quick to judge and helps out those in need of it. She doesn't use offensive spells and doesn't like to hurt people herself, she knows that with a city full of power users it sometimes is necessary that other do so though and she would help if the reason was righteous. Being energetic she can also seem to be a bit pushy, always expecting the best of herself and others. She is a bit dense about true feelings and if she feels down she will go out of her way to hide that as best as she can by just acting like everything is fine. She is quite smart in her fields of expertise which are medicine and music. She stays calm in medical situations, and wouldn't panic or run away if there was chaos around her if somebody would be in need of medical attention. She is quite loyal to those that she considers friends.

- Healing Spells:
  Suto can be considered as a Cleric, using his magical power to heal wounds. Suto can only heal targets with his skills for as long as he can sense them in at least one of the possible ways. The ways for him to sense a target are: seeing, hearing, smelling and/or feeling the target.
  - Target Healing:
    This ability can be used to heal a single specific target, which he can do once in every turn (moderate heal). Every third time he uses this ability on the same target is increased in its effectiveness (major heal). This resets after a battle is over (not after he switches targets in the same battle).
  - Group Healing:
    This ability heals multiple allies around him. He has to have actively chosen who he wishes to heal with the skill, though this can be done almost instantly in the moment before he casts the spell. This can be used once every 10 turns. The more people he chooses to heal, the less effective the healing will be. Minimum = 2 (excluding himself) which gives a major heal. Maximum is 10 (excluding himself) which gives a minor heal.
  - Self-Healing:
    This ability allows him to heal himself (moderate heal), but only when choosing not to heal anyone or anything else while doing so, during the turn. If he heals himself for three turns in a row, the third time he does so is increased in its effectiveness (major heal).
  - Non-Organic Healing:
    Suto his healing magic is capable of repairing non-organic matter for as long as it is sentient or part of a sentient being. (For example; artificial intelligence, robotic limbs). However, it is often less effective than it would be on organic matter (minor heal), depending on how closely related the targeted matter is to organic matter.
- Supporting Spells:
  Suto has a few spells that are not healing focused, but that still classify as supporting skills. Like his healing, these can only be used on people for as long as he can sense them in at least one of the possible ways. The ways for him to sense a target are: seeing, hearing, smelling and/or feeling the target. He can only use a single of these skills each turn.
  - Attack: This skill gets rid of all strength reducing effects of the target that it is cast on. After that, it gives the target a +5 to his or her strength stat for 3 turns.
  - Defense: This skill gets rid of all endurance reducing effects of the target that it is cast on. After that, it gives the target a +5 to his or her endurance stat for 3 turns.

Equipment and Weaponry:

Most of his rather strange outfit is said to increase magical capabilities, in particular the glove. To which this extend this is correct, is unclear, since he can also freely use his abilities without any of it. That, however, does not keep him from using this as an excuse to explain his strange appearance. The only real advantage is that the glove is strong enough to be used to block a sword for as long as his stats would allow him to do so.

He knows how to handle guns, but he prefers not to openly keep them on his person. Therefore, he only keeps two identical daggers on him, in a way that isn't very noticeable to others.
Biography:

The Falkland Islands

The Falkland Islands have a history that has been connected with Shizuka its history since ancient times. Though there is no evidence of it whatsoever, it is often said that these islands are a place where Suzaku, the vermilion bird of the south, once landed to rest from his flight. In doing so, he brought part the same power he imbued into Shizuka with him and now imbued it into the Falkland Islands, bringing large amounts of mana into the land.

Whereas Shizuka had faced multiple issues with internal strives as well as with outside threats, the Falkland Islands have been under the rule of multiple different nations. While the reasons for claiming the Falkland Islands were often stated to be its strategical position and recourses, its mana potential has always been the strongest underlying motivation for countries to start a war over them. Due to all this strive over which nation had ownership of the Falkland Islands, there never was a chance for a strong internal government to rise to power. This however, did lead to the rise of a strong underground network of different semi-governments and organizations. Together, these managed to get themselves involved in a prominent role in the Falkland Islands their politics, be it in one way or another.

In both the First and Second World War, the island its capital city, Port Stanley, was an important naval base for the British Royal Navy. This meant that Britain actively strengthened their presence on the Falkland Islands during this presence of its fleet. During the Second World War, the Falkland Islands even served as one of the bases from which the secret invasion organized by the US was launched on Shizuka. The British have always denied this and any other involvement in the attacks firmly. It is thanks to the actions of Shinzenmaru Daisuke, that everything organized from the Falkand Islands failed to achieve success like all the other coups, invasions and betrayals. He was able to deal with all of them almost singlehandedly, making these invasions just another few failed attempts among many.

When the British flag eventually had managed to become the most dominant feature of the Falkland Islands, the underground network from before grew into what became a true shadow government. Unexpected to all, this shadow government became an important part of the resistance when Argentina invaded the islands on 2 April 1982, in what is now known as the Falkland Wars. Even though the forces from the shadow government were initially defeated, they were not exterminated. This lead them to rise again and fight alongside the British when they returned, forcing Argentine to surrender on 14 June 1982. From that point on, Britain focused on improving its facilities on the islands even more than it did before. The former shadow government became an official governmental organ under the name The Internal Falkland Institute (TIFI), which managed gain a major role in the Falkland Islands its politics.

One of the more questionable topics that TIFI managed to push through was the recruiting of young kids from all over the world to train them in their military program, called the Young Talent Training Program (YTTP). YTTP its policy was to pick up homeless kids and offering to take over problem kids from orphanages and similar institutions. Using these methods, they picked up kids on a global scale, but only once per city. This tactic made sure that not a single connection could ever be laid between missing children and the Falkland Islands.

Since small special force teams had played a huge role in the Falkand Wars, TIFI wished to make their teams the best in the world by training them harshly and from a young age. As such, all the kids they picked up were immediately taught English, the main language used in the YTTP. Next to that, they began training them in self-defense, first aid, survival skills and weapon handling. In short; all the things that could come in handy for a member of a special force team. Besides that, every kid in the YTTP was supposed to train one thing that was unique to them. This could range from being a battlefield surgeon, to using a special kind of weapons, to training supernatural powers.

Chapter 1: Age 0-12

Suto was born in the city of Shizuka. His parents had started working at the hospital short after he was born. Five years after his birth, his younger sister was born. They were a pretty normal family, with their parents being mostly dedicated to their work, but without neglecting them. His sister dreamed about following up on her parents and soon realized that she had a love for classical music, which lead her to pick up the violin.

He himself, however... He didn't have much he liked. He had learned to read at a very young age, but was a bit behind in most other topics. He spent a lot of his time reading books about the outside world and about traveling, fantasizing about what it would be like to be able to travel through the world without a single concern. This slowly managed to become an obsession for him, as he had no other hobbies and didn't really go out to play with friends. As much as he told these stories to his little sister, he never really seemed to be able to spark the same desire to travel in her as he had. His parents didn't seem to understand him either...

At the age of twelve, the first signs puberty hit him, and they hit him hard. He felt like nobody understood him and was uncomfortable with everything and anything. Like many other kids at that age, he eventually planned to run away from his home to travel around the world. The only difference with between him and many other kids, is that he actually succeeded. This last part was only made possible by a large portion of luck.

His plan was to go to the harbor, where he wanted to swim to a ship that was docked further inwards and climb on board. However, before doing so, he left his shoes and most of his clothes at the shore, in order to be able to swim to the ship more easily. This would later on form a part of the reason that the investigation team concluded that he had drowned. This was almost true. Swimming towards the ship had been a feat that he had only barely been able to accomplish. However, once on board, it turned out the ship set out a mere hour afterwards, with him on board.

The captain of the ship was a rather shady person. When he realized that Suto had managed to climb on board a day or two later, he did not dare to tell the Shizukan authorities about it. He was fearing that it would be bad for his business if the Shizukan authorities found out about this or if a scandal was somehow made out of it. Instead of informing them, he took Suto with him on his ship until he was able to drop the kid of at his next destination: The Falkland Islands.

Chapter 2: Age 12-18

Short after Suto was taken to the Falkland Island, the YTTP took him under their 'care'. They were careful to make sure that the boy would feel like he would never be able to return to his home or travel on, using all sorts of psychological approaches to make him feel like the YTTP was the only place he could still belong to. This was very successful.

He went along with their harsh training program and scored surprisingly high scores compared to what he used to score at his school. It also turned out that he was gifted at using healing and supporting spells, in which he was trained quite extensively. Besides that, they also taught him about advanced medical aid, granting him the ability to function as a battlefield-surgeon even without the use of magic. His set of skills, his personality and his willingness to help others made him rather popular among the other kids in the YTTP. He was also one of the few that spent time with some of the less popular kids, like the Russian girl (Sinya) that didn't speak much and the French girl (Seza) that scared most people off with her aggressive behavior.

When Suto turned sixteen, he learned that the last three years of his training would consist of a solo mission. His assignment would be the assassination of some of the key figures and leaders of a Mexican drug cartel. He was free to do this in whatever way he thought would be best, but he was not allowed to rely on any others for recourses or support. In preparation of this mission, he spent the final two years of his training learning Spanish and learning the chemistry behind drugs and poisons.

Chapter 3: Age 18-21

More about the mission itself may or may not be revealed in the plot and added here later.

Chapter 4: Age 21-23

After returning from his solo mission, he was 21 and spoke Spanish almost fluently. His skills had increased a lot, due to having practiced them in the field of a very hostile and dangerous environment. After giving an interview to the reviewer of the solo missions which may be revealed later on, he was deemed to be the best of the recruits from his year by far. However, some of his personal issues made the reviewer decide to rank him as the third instead. Still, being the third in rank of his year was an accomplishment that could get him into a team with almost any of the other promising recruits. There were even quite some older members of TIFI that had gone through the YTTP interested in having someone with his particular skill-set in their teams.

This, however, was not what he choose to do. Instead, he told the reviewer he would wait for the others of his year to return. Though he was happy to see most others return, he didn't ask anyone to team up with him. That was, until he heard that Sinya had returned from her mission and was in trouble. After her mission, she had stopped speaking entirely. This made her unqualified to join any of the teams, which placed her in a very difficult situation. This was when Suto stepped in and offered her a position in his team. With not much else to choose from, she just nodded 'yes' and followed along with his plans.

Not much later, Seza returned. She was the last of the recruits to return since the others had returned before her or their deaths had been confirmed. However, Seza herself was in a very bad shape as well, for she was on the verge of dying. YTTP was in doubt whether or not the already half-dead Seza was worth saving and would probably debate whether the medical costs would be worth it or not until it would be to late to save her. Suto, however, took it upon himself to heal her with his skills, both the magical and practical ones, and then offered her a position in his team.

Though nobody understood his exact reason for asking these two lowest scoring recruits in his team, he kept insisting on it. After some discussions and after having most of the higher ups try to talk these ideas out of him, they eventually just let him go ahead with it. Short after that, all formalities were gone through and they had officially 'graduated' and formed a team. Now, the guy with personal problems, the girl that didn't speak and the girl that had only barely escaped death, were an official team of three. There was one additional note written in their files by the reviewer: the mental condition of all three members of this team requires the TIFI to keep a careful eye on them.

Chapter 5: Age 23+

Instead of trying to find a mission that would bring them money, fame, adventure or power, Suto stated that he wished to go elsewhere. That elsewhere he wanted to go to, was the city he was born in, Shizuka. Though he had to make multiple promises towards his superiors and would not be allowed a completely free reign, he and his team were eventually allowed to go to Shizuka. This was only after they accepted to do so without gaining any funding or support, but while still promising to report all the bigger events in Shizuka to the TIFI.
Personality:
Suto has gone through a lot of things, like the rest of the recruits in the YTTP. While all of them have been left scarred in one way or another, the way it affected him is the hardest to see through. He acts calm and cheerful and is almost always in a good mood. Out of all the recruits, he seemed to have changed the least...

But there still is a reason that he was ranked lower than planned, due to 'personal issues' and that the note the reviewer made was about all three members of the team, including him. The question is, what lies beneath the surface of his seemingly calm and cheerful personality?

@bley43 There are countless things wrong with this character sheet that makes it unapprovable.

1. Supreme Intelligence grants you nothing. You cannot simply say your character is smart if you yourself is not smart. I'm not saying that you are not but saying that your character is smart....will not work in RP. His intelligence relies on your post.

2. Photographic Memory. The same as above applies. I feel as though you know this since if you think about it. Having photographic memory would not work since anybody can remember anything at any time since everything is posted. This also depends on how you RP as your character.

3. 0 Mana: You simply cannot have 0 mana. We can say that mana is a life force that is in all creatures of Shizuka and if you have no Mana then you don't exist. I'm exaggerating a bit but that's the point I'n trying to make.

4. Dragon Claw Armor & Raiden Armor : This is simply....No. Firs of all he has no mana. Second of all these are powers. Third of all they do not follow the stat system in place.

The Defender Armor: This would never be approved as anything ever. I singled this one out because it was hidden so I could not find it at first.

5 Basically you need to redo your stats and skills and the equipment. The Equipment cannot be OP like this. It must be standard weaponry unless it relates to your power in some shape or form.

Biography: Nothing is known about ???'s personal life, or who they really are. All that is known, is that in the past month they've appeared. Multiple deaths have been linked to the mysterious figure. The deaths all have something in common. Everyone that has been allegedly killed by the mysterious figure was either a "Bad" person or some form of criminal. Other murderers, abusive parents, drug dealers, animal abusers, thieves, scammers, ect. No crime or "sin" seems to be too small or insignificant in the eyes of ???, and they always somehow seem to know what sins, wrong-doings, and crimes people commit, no matter how well hidden they may keep it. ??? always leaves a dead rose on the bodies of their victims.

Personality: Not much is known about ???'s personality as well, other than the fact that they have a very broad sense of what is right or wrong, as it seems they've killed people for crimes most would consider not worthy of being punishable by death. In the few instances anyone has talked with ???, they have come off as rather strange and quizzical, and they're strangely polite. ??? seems to have an ironic sense of justice, and will usually kill other serial killers using their own methods.

Additional Information: ??? is an exceptionally talented climber and free-runner, and can scale most buildings with ease and speed. They are also rather proficient in stealth.

Lets say for arguments sake means intelligence means "things you know" knowing things is not a power. Anybody's character can know things. My character knows how to make drugs as well. She has the knowledge to dispose of them properly. You are trying to say that you can't RP intellengence and that's where you are wrong. People do not use wisdom as their way in how to act. A dumb but wise character would say something wise but in a dumb way. A more educated character would say it more intelligently. Being smart also allows someone to analyze things quite differently. What I'm really trying to say is, you don't need to put it as his power to be intelligent because intellengence is practically a personality. The wisdom to use what you know against your opponent requires the intelligence to understand what your opponent says and or does. Please change it and simply say he's intelligent in his personality. This also makes it look like that you want to use OOC knowledge to make your character make outlandish conclusions. That is breaking the rules.

2. If you want to waste it then that's fine but as I see it, you could simply have something else there.

3. The things that are in your Bio does not reflect or give you any advantage over another character. Referring to it does nothing. Otherwise people would just make intricate Bios that allow them to know anything about everything which is impossible when it comes to RP. Mainly because you are only one character.

First off. No power is acceptable with just 2 words. That is not enough detail about the power. For example, Supreme Intelligence. Their are no limits stated to that intelligence, so is he the smartest human ever? On the opposite spectrum, supreme Intelligence to what? A dog? Your character can roll over, play dead, ring a bell to take a shit, and speak a few english words. He has supreme intelligence to a dog.

Based on the wording, it is open to interpretation to pretty much anything. Since you provided no details, I also have the right to interpret it however I wish.

Also, Having a highly Intelligent character does not give you the ability to create whatever you would like. Neither does the biography. So, as admins for example, if your biography states that he is the CEO of a company capable of producing a Nuclear weapon, then we can ask that to be changed. You can't use your character to design anything you want, and then use the company or your biography to gather the materials to create anything that you want, under the pretense of, "My character has supreme intelligence and is the smartest". We will be watching for instances these like this. While this is logical, it is quite simply OP.

In short, for consideration of approval, it needs more detail.

Even Supreme Intelligence is OP, without limits or descriptions.

Main Power: Retrabution of the Doves This is the only power Yoshihiko thinks he have. This power allows him to control, manipulate, and even turn into Doves at will. Here are the ways he can go about doing this:

Stage 1: Dove Materialization- He can turn into a single dove or a flock of doves in a single post, both with pros and cons. If he turns into a single dove, he can fly faster, however, if he is shot down or struck, he will turn back into a human and will lose all his core strength, coming close to passing out (or knocked out with damage, depending on the strength of the attack). If he turns into a flock, then he can turn into up to 5 doves, which limits the chance of the single dove's flaw by having multiple to take out, however, he moves slower. In both cases, he can turn back in a single post as well, but not in the same post as when he transformed into the dove(s).

Stage 2: Moonlight- This power summons doves, who are there to destract the opponent. Sometimes, they may be summoned without Yoshihiko calling them, which can sometimes leave him at a disadvantage if he doesn't see them coming in a fight.

Stage 3: Twilight- (Don't hate on me for that name) He grows white wings from his right on his back, which allows him to take flight. His eyes also glow white, along with whatever he's holding. (Which doesn't really give it anything special.) Also, 1 post after summoning Twilight, a golden sword materializes in his hands with no special qualities.

Biography:
Yoshihiko actually has amnesia, meaning he has no idea who he was 2 years ago. It was just one day, in the summer, that he found himself laying on the top of a rooftop at night. He checked himself and his surroundings for any sign of his identity, but all he found was an ID that had the name "Yoshihiko Nakamura" on it, with his age being 19. He checked the police department in the city and they told him that he was, indeed, Yoshihiko. However, for whatever reason, this name didn't ring any bells. It seemed like a lie, but there was evidence to back up the ID, so he just shrugged it off and used the name.

The police told him that he just moved into the city that day, which explained the key to a hotel room that he, apparently, booked before arriving in the city. Ignoring the suspicion, Yoshihiko went on to get a job in the police force and eventually got an apartment. However, the main reason he joined the police was to dig deeper and find out why his current name didn't make him remember anything before the day on the roof.

Then, one day, he was almost hit with a sword that crashed through his window. He rushed to the window and almost saw a shadow running away. He looked at the sword and saw the engraving, which suddenly made his head hurt as he saw a memory: Him singing a song in a forest. He looked up the lirics and found out it was a song called "Glassy Sky." Though he don't remember listening to the song, he felt a bond to the song as if there was something that made it important to him.
Personality:
Yoshihiko is a pretty friendly guy. He enjoys hanging out with people from the police, as well as other people as well. When someone is in need, he sets out to help anyone who needs it as long as it isn't criminal related. Being very intelligent, it's not hard for him to come up with hypothesis for cases and other stuff that leads him to solving cases, having a good record of cases closed. He can sometimes goof of, be a bit perverted, and can have a sharp tongue, but overall, people know him as one of the nices guys in the force.

...or that's what he wants people to see. Inside, he worries about the life he had before or if there was anyone who was missing him. He strongly believes he's been set up in a fake life to make sure he doesn't return to his real one, which makes him very depressed at given times. In secret, he buys and takes painkillers to not only make him feel better, but to stop the nagging headaches he sometimes get from week to week. He also worries that he'll, at some point, break whenever he starts remembering memories more and more, starting to not tell which memory is his own and from his past self.

That crest gives her access to star dust magic that can be split in two categories, basically one for each side of her. Each category has a set of skills, a passive and besides the star dust element a secondary element that can increase efficiency against some elements. She can change a skill set once every 10 posts, taking 1 post of focus for a change and also uses 30% mana that is spent only if she stays focused for a whole turn.

Biography: Mitsuuo Rena never knew her family, never knew where she comes from and never knew when she was born. All she knows for sure, ori maybe not even that, is her name. If you would ask her what is her oldest memory she would say simply "the orphanage". As far as she can remember, that was her first home and maybe the only home where she felt somewhat safe. It is true, kids were mean to her given her lack of confidence and shyness and she didnt have many friends. Then why was she so happy in there?
Because there she met the person she respects the most and that she looks up to, considering him the big brother she never had: Koganei Hibari. He seemed so carefree and he had the charisma of a leader, even if he was an orphan just like her. She first interacted with him directly when she was around the age of 8. Like always, she was all alone in a corner, reading a book or drawing something by herself when she heard something from another room: it was Hibari with his famous stories. Like every time she would hear that she would shyly through the slightly open door, listening from afar as she was too shy to join the group. Those stories always inspired her, but maybe she would have remained the same... But something different happened that day.
For the first time since Rena would listen from afar the stories, Hibari, 12 at the time, looked at the door and saw her there, making the little girl blush brightly and get away form the door. However, that did not end there. When Rena expected least, someone entered the room and went over to her. At first she was very shy, but then she saw it was Hibari. He saluted her with a smile before asking her what is her name, then after she answered shyly he grabbed her hand with a smile and told her to follow him. After she hesitantly agreed he returned with her to the group, telling her to take a seat before he continued his stories. That was the first time she listened to his stories from up close... But not the last time.
Even if in the next few session Hibari more like dragged then asked her to come, soon Rena started coming to listen to his stories by herself, not being asked to or anything like that. It was ore thing to listen from afar, and completely another to be so close that you can see and feel the narator's passion. Rena realised very soon that Hibari really believed in his words, and he made her believe to. It didnt take long for Hibari to speak about his dream, and, ironically, Rena was one of the first people to offer her aid in his goal, as she appreciated the kindness and sense of justice in his heart. Soon, they became friends, playing around and Rena helping Hibari around when he needed and when she could help, soon the two becoming very close and Rena even looking at her friend not like we friend, but like a protective brother.
Over years, Rena worked with Hibari and the other orphans to achieve their common goal, soon succeding and creating the Justice Brigade. Of course Hibari was the rightful leader, but he had asked Rena to become his right hand. For a second she hesitated as she didnt knew is she should accept or not, but eventually surrendered te Hibari's constant requests and accepted.
But there's a piece left unexplained: where did Reina come from? Well, thats a completely different story for another time. I might write in here, I might reveal in RP, who knows? All I can say is that it is coming soon...
Personality:
- Ren is a shy, timid and somewhat nerdy girl that is kind of a shut-in. She is not very good at making friends given her silent personality and lack of confidence, thing that sprouted from being ridiculed over and over again about her appearance, personality and athletic incapability, as she is not very good at sports. However, she is very smart and talented in arts, liking to read, draw and sing, of course when no one's looking as she's very shy.
  If you manage to get past the shell she raised to protect herself, you will find a jolly girl that is very friendly and likes to hang around with people, even if she needs a person she knows to be with her for her to be able to befriend a stranger. Rena is very elegant and polite, being impossible to hear her say something mean, also emphatic and sympathetic. However, she is also somewhat sensible, so if you tug the wrong strings you might make her cry.
  When Rena gets serious, Well, thats another story. When duty calls she will try tu push aside he low-self-esteem toughts and everything that might stay in her way mentally as she usually plays strategic support in a team, so getting discouraged wont raise the moral of troupes.
- On the other hand, Reina is somewhat Rena's opposite in terms of personality. She's very active and friendly, also very tomboyish as she likes skating, rock and anything extreme to be exact. Unlike her twin side, she's the athletic one that is a sport prodigy, being a good player in all sorts of physically games. However, she's not as smart as her twin sister, but she brims with pure confidence unlike her.
  Reina is a class A troublemaker and prankster, loving to trick and fool around with people, friends or strangers. Also, opposite to her twin, she can be a foulmouth, but she does have manners. She's also the emotionally tough one as she is an incredible liar and knows how to hide her and Rena's feelings. However, that unfortunately doesnt leave her with a sensible heart, but a short fuse instead!
  She's usually not serious, at all, not even in battle as she has a playful battle style and can be an airhead at times. However, when she gets serious she will go all out on you, no matter who you are. That or if she's pissed off greatly!
- Either way, both sides are kind, nice and loyal to people they are close to, even if there are different approaches depending on side of coin. They might be twins stuck in one, but they are still close to each other and similar in some aspects.

I didn't think this is supposed to be a Skill, given it doesnt have such a great impact besides personality and Power, fact that I explained there, so Ill put it in here instead: Inside her there are 2 souls, hers and her twin's. They can change freely, the only result being a split personality disorder and a little change in power, also the only difference in Appearance being that Rena had violet eyes and Reina indigo
Well versed in hand to hand and light weapons, preffering high speed combat with a twist.
She tried to hide her dual personality, so if someone accidentally bumps into Reina she will say that she is her long lost twin sister
