| Great episode. I stupidly got my hopes up for an actual fight with saitama. Oh well at least all the other fights looked great. I don't get why saitama would try to keep up his negative perception, though. I don't think there's anything negative about being popular and it shouldn't hold him back from being a hero. And he also wants to rise in the ranks and higher popularity would only help him with that. |

| I wasn't impressed by Saitama's punch the first time around, but when they showed it to Amai mask it looked fantastic. Anyways, great episode all around. Genos' fight was so hype, Licenless rider gave me the feels and Saitama the laughs. Can't ask for more in an anime... |

| Oh god my Mumen Rider love is too strong, he made me cry ;_; damn you Madhouse you too good. Animation seemed a little bit different than it normally is, or was that just me? Genos' fangirl letter was an accurate representation of me, I mean, who doesn't love him? Glad to get that small snippet of Sonic, needed my bishounen fill today. Overall still great, haven't been disappointed once yet (well except for the fact that NO SECOND SEASON TF MADHOUSE), sad we're nearing the end though. |

The only reason the animmation is of such a good standard is because the animators are genuinely passionate about this series. Also, I laugh at everyone who calls it "bad animation" when it's not. There is that many talented animators working on this series, all from different studios who all have their own different animation styles, techniques and choreography ideas. The simple shift from one animation style to another just reflects each animators participation and their passion for this series. Even with all that said, that "bad animation" is still better than most other 12 episode adaptions out there by far. Quit complaining already. |

| So Saitama gave all the credit to the other heros so he can make that loser STFU.. my respect for Saitama became over 9000 now..going against the crowd and keeping your shit together is harder than defeating any monster.. while Ep 5 was superior animation-wise..this Ep is definitely more epic..the fight between Genos and sea king made me hyped for the rest of the episode..Genos was as badass as ever..seriously..I felt like I'm watching the Kyuubi vs Pain fight all over again..Madhouse did deliver the most in this episode so far..good job Madhouse.. Licenseless rider made me laugh more than anything else..XD btw..my top 4 character right now are: 1.Saitama 2.Genos 3.Licenseless rider 4.Sonic best episode so far 5/5 |

| Well, I really loved this episode^^ However, I think, I'm the only one though, who didn't support Mumen Rider in all his fights and inspirational speeches. Imo if he chose and accepted to be a C class hero, there is no point in going trying to solve disruptions of tiger, demon or whatever danger levels. I mean, if he died pointlessly like he could in this episode, who'd save kittens stuck on a tree for example? |

| Excellent episode! The Genos Vs Deep Sea King fight was really great, even factoring in the change in the art and animation. Genos sacrificing himself to block the acid spit that was aiming for the kid was truly heroic. However, the best hero of the episode belonged to the Mumen Rider. His bicycle attack was amusing, but his passionate speech, admitting that he had no chance of winning but battles regardless, was really moving. Thankfully, Saitama arrived and not only OHKO the Deep Sea King, but also punch the miserable rain away too. Can we call Saitama the weather god now? =D Even more respect has to go to the Mumen Rider for acknowledging Saitama as a true hero unlike most of the public. A lot of users have been hyped up for the 'Boros' arc for quite sometime now. Fingers crossed that this arc lives up to the hype. =) |
| Licenseless rider's speech was pretty.. underwhelming. Whilst reading the manga the speech had so much impact, it blew me away and made me shed a manly tear(I could read this chapter as many times as I can and still be dumbfounded); here in the anime the impact was entirely lost. |

It's because of the narration in the manga and there were also some missing part in Mumen Rider's speech in the anime. I wonder if it's translation mistake. |
| THE FUCK!!!! HE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THAT MONSTER BODY, HE KILL HIM WITH JUST AN AIR!!!!! The hero drama is a little bit similiar to Gatchaman Crowds though, but i like it. Saitama sacrifice himself for the other hero. now that is a hero. and i think they need to do something with Mumen Rider's Power. I feel kinda bad for him for being so weak. i really hope he become stronger. He is my favorite character btw :D JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD. is Boros stronger than Sea king? i can't wait for that , then!!! |

| After rewatching, I realized Saitama knocked both the Seaking AND the rain out. Talk about OP. Still can't get over that Mumen rider scene. Also more respect for saitama for taking on the hate. At least he has a true hero for a friend. Edit: oh didn't see someone mention the rain. Oops, guess I'm late :c |
