I wonder who caused this. It could be pranksters or more activists from SK or China.

Source

For those who don't what this place is, it's the memorial for Japanese war heroes although some of them I know are more tyrant than hero, also the nationalistic political tyranny in Japan love to visit this site, leaving the rest of the world in disgust. Still the person who did this needs to be caught as someone could've gotten hurt. This reminds you to always to go to the bathroom before going to places like this, you never know when a prankster might try to blow the bathrooms up.

ISIS probably did it. They've been sneaking "refugees" AKA terrorists everywhere in every country humanly possible. As if the world's borders are "impermeable."

Or a false flag from the Japanese themselves to add a bit more support to rearmament.

Watch a source will be found in the coming days, yet be killed while being captured.

Nope, Japan isn't accepting Syrian refugees. They'd stick out too and be hassled by a lot of civilians as well, considering how xenophobic Japan is as a whole. The location itself wouldn't make sense for ISIS to bomb either, since they just want human casualties for propaganda to keep the recruit inflow up. Probably some far-right group in China that did it, most likely.

It'd be found out eventually, considering America's been heavily spying on Japan and we all know there's plenty of whistleblowers that'd send the info straight to wikileaks.

Why would the US let info leak on something they want to happen?

It would not be the first time such has happened, the Manchurian troubles comes to mind to me in regards to Japan.

America might not want it to happen, but remember there's whistleblowers in every intelligence agency because of their own deeply held beliefs. Edward Snowden told the world that the United States and other countries were spying on it's citizens, there's plenty of people like him. That's why WikiLeaks is updated about all type of politically inconvenient information for government in countries all around the world.
