| Legend of Galactic Heroes. This anime have a lot of praise especially from elitist. I thought that I wouldn't be able to finish it due to its absurdly slow pacing I've saw about it but to my surprise that was used perfectly to prevent plot holes was something unexpected and ended up to be an anime on my favorite list. |

| Fate Zero i espected bad starring contest fantasy show with white knights type of characters without motives desires and strategy, with only pretty visuals lame magic system and plain fights. It turned out to be completely oposite in every way except visuals even better then i thought. Full package anime great as thriller, intense relationships, build up for fights that made me shiver, badass cast of different characters, usage of strategy in fights and outside of them, clash of motives and ideals, no black & background stories no 1 is fully right. Love it overall. |

| Fullmetal Alchemist: Almost everyone says Brotherhood is better, expected to just watch it for fun then go on for full experience in Brotherhood. Now, it's my favorite anime. Kill la Kill: I expected popcorn show, I got that and much more. No Game No Life: I don't know what I expected, but it was a lot more fun then I thought it would be. Rokka no Yusha: My friend hated the main character and dropped it, I thought the MC was fine. Parasyte: Really just wasn't feeling it in the first couple episodes, thought it was sort of shonen with grimdark action, then it hit it's fucking stride and took me on a trip to become a favorite. |

| Bakuman, Durarara, and Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin. Basically I went into all of these shows with modest expectations, but really ended up liking them. Gave Brakeman and Durarara a 9/10 and Rainbow a 10/10 |

| Kill la kill and Monogatari. I started to watch them because of friend's recommendations and I didn't thought that I would like them that much. |
