| Yeah, I also wrote about it here; http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=60908&show=280 The new guidelines seem to be completely arbitrary. While I would strongly disagree with it, at least a decision to get rid of ALL non-Japanese manga would make some sense. It would limit the site, upset a lot of users, and satisfy no one except the mods, but HEY, at least I could see the justification behind it. But making a special exception for English-language manga? It's like they wanted us to know the decision was based on mere popularity of the comics in question, nothing else. |
| BUT Shonen (creator of BB Project is JAP with France recognition. Please return BB Project. |

He's not a Japanese mangaka living and publishing in Japan. @isidoru: Manga DB Guidelines said: Published is not the same as scanlated.1. Only manga published by reputable publishing companies will be admitted to the manga database, with the following exceptions:
BB Project will not be added to the database at this time. |
