| I mentioned I'd post this back in the previous thread to show anime viewers a glimpse of just how much of a troll Bern really is This here is a series of vids someone made using the VN sprites and the small sidestory Ryukishi released at t comiket as a TIP. It's as Canon as Lambdadelta's diary which some might know and it gives you a glimpse of the real Bern. |

| I don't think it will reach Tsukihime levels in the hatedom. For one, the designs in the anime were actually UGLIER than it's VN, instead of more bishonen/moe like in Umineko (this may seem subjective, but I assure you on first sight it's objective). For two, they adapted the most boring route and the hints to other paths were extremely bad, while Umineko had only one route to adapt and didn't particularly change anything egregious (ommit, maaaaaybe). For three, even people that hadn't read the VN could find it extremely boring (nothing happened for 4 episodes in a row), while Umineko is, from Anime-only viewers, at most confusing not boring. For four, I don't think the Umineko fanbase is that dumb. :p For five and last, JC Staff did Tsukihime, not Studio DEEN. xD |

| To kill her Battler needs to solve the last mystery. Though in the novel it's implied that even with that Beato still has at least one more crushing move to use. ALso you haven't watched the vids posted a few comments back have you? |

| Well, I didn't expect much of the last episode but surprisingly I somehow liked it. Dreamenddischarger was sort of chaotic in the novel(although the anime version seems to be cleaner)therefore I don't mind that DEEN didn't use it in the anime. That being said I found the whole adaption more than dissapointing. I'm not saying that because many story elements were left out but rather because it didn't entertain me how it should have. Plus I didn't feel any kind of atmosphere/feeling and the emotions of the characters were just painfully bad in many scenes. So in the end I can't give it a better rating than 6/10. |
