Obviously because it is. The image there is not the cover of the Unhappy series, it's a cover of the Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine/manga. The blonde on the right is the character for Unhappy.

Somehow, I saw the people mistake the photo for the Unhappy characters, guess what? It's not. Only the person on the right is. It's not related to Gakkou Gurashi.. At all. Not even the slightest bit.

Welp, maybe I'll try reading the Unhappy manga. It looks so moe!
