Anime where dude collapses due to overwork/illness?

I love it when one of the guys collapses due to exhaustion/overworking/illness/all of the above. It's one of my favorite tropes in anime. I would appreciate it if you could recommend me something!

P.S. Please don't recommend it to me if he dies though. K thanks.

You may want to watch Plastic Memories then. The MC collapses in the middle of a date due to overworking. But what kind of request is that, if I may ask? Feels a bit weird to me...
