Oyasumi Punpun and NHK ni Youkoso!.
They both deal with some problems I had in real life, and they do it in a masterful way.
What a beautiful Duwang.

Naruto and One Piece, despite not keeping in touch with it much any more One Piece was one of the first manga I ever read and continued to read dating back to 2003/4.

BOTI and Berserk set an obvious standard and made me question the medium.

Feels: Ai-Ren
Time: Gantz (due to sheer amount of material and sometimes distaste)
I'm a big softie.

Neon Genesis Evangelion
NHK ni Youkoso!

And even though it has been mentioned a few times already: Asano is on my constant watch/buy list ;-)

Orange, because it hits a little too close to home and it's constantly on my mind.
Also Shingeki no Kyojin, specifically because of one character who (quite literally) helped me get out of depression.

Well, "the one that consumed most of my time" would actually be Bleach, since I've started it ages ago, but now I'm reading it just out of habit.
Ouran Koukou Host Club was my first manga, so of course it affected me somehow.

But the one who changed me as a person, actually the only manga I truly consider a masterpiece, is Kokou No Hito. I cried for hours after reading it. The art is so stunningly powerful that I could perfectly immerse in it and feel the freezing cold, the steam coming out of my mouth, the sound of the snowstorms, the deep loneliness of the mountain...
Seriously, I feel like reading it again right now.

Honestly, it's Shokugeki no Souma. I with a lot more variety now~
A lot of other manga are much more compatible with my interests and aesthetics, but Shokugeki certainly "affected" me the most.
Be thankful for the wisdom granted to you.
