| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah, the finale was a nice watch. Despite Takeo feeling down, there's still quite a cherry mood like with Osamu/Nanako. Still a charming connection between Takeo/Yamato of course. Lol, I love how much Takeo is still trying though to appeal to her. I think the series also has quite a sweet tooth especially with the bakery stuff. Oh well, was a nice series overall. 8/10. | I started watching this series with hope to find some other romance shoujo i can claim to like (besides Lovely Complex)......aaand i am glad i found it. I truly liked it. The finale was also great. Well done~ I will definitely follow the manga. |
Lmao at Suna screaming. That was so out of character. Takeo must have really scared him.  Sweet ending. Takeo FINALLY calls Yamato by her first name. Suna forever alone though.  |

| Loved the show. Ending was sappy, but the moment when Rinko declared her love for Takeo in front of everyone was really nice. Overall I gave this a 9. Only reason i took a point away was because they threw in a love rival a little too late imo, interrupting the flow a little. But its still great nonetheless! :) |

| Although everything that happened in this episode was predictable (like Ichinose winning the competition and then getting rejected by Yamato, and Takeo finally calling her by her first name), it was still an enjoyable ending. 7/10 for this series, despite the last minute drama. I also like how they referenced the ogre thing one last time when the kid was telling his friend about the "huge guy" who returned his soccer ball. EDIT: Actually, the very last scene was very similar to the first minute or so of the very first episode. I like how they did that. |

| This was beyond cheesy sometimes but I still watched it with a huge smile on my face :) Also, Suna's scream was great |
| Cute ending, albeit archetypal. But what else to expect after the last minute drama? A trollish NTR ending would've been surprising though.. Ore Monogatari started off great, but somewhere down the line, the romance became quite bland. Takeo's constant "SUKI DA!" was also getting tiresome. Suna definitely needed more focus than what he was granted. But for what it's worth, this show was indeed enjoyable and had some great moments. S2 would be very welcoming. |

| This episode really showed the good points of Yamato and Takeo, to genuinely want to help somebody else despite their own circumstances, quite the couple. Ichinose was a decent guy, with him admitting that Takeo is a good guy, how he was wrong, and being able to move on making his dream come to fruition. How Takeo couldn't even walk right after calling out to Rinko. Great series! |

| So the big guy Takeo knows that Rinko really loves him. I also wish Makoto would find his true love. Anyway I'll rate this an 8 out 10 score overall. And it's really a fun ride till the end! |

| Gouda is too damn nice, which isn't a bad thing, I guess. It was impressive how this series wrapped up the asspull drama without rushing things too much. It would have been nice if we had learned more about Yamato's background (parents, interests other than cooking, etc). Good series overall. It elicited many smiles. 8/10 |

| It felt like some of the anime dragged on, then they threw a love triangle in at the end. (I don't really watch romances but was it really necessary to have two?) Cute anime nonetheless, points taken off for the creepy stalker girl who learned absolutely nothing by the end. I'm also glad they didn't force a romance on Suna. |

| I really LOVED this show but the ending not so much.. It just felt like another not so special episode rather than a final for a 24 episode show which really disappointed me, I wasn't expecting a major plot twist or anything but it just missed that special something that should happen in finals. It shouldn't have ended like this unless it's getting a 2nd season |

| I'm generally very positive towards shoujo and while this was in the first episodes is charming, it became too stale, the lifes and encounters our sweet otp had during 80% of the series were just not engaging, plus the way everything was oversweetened and overflowered quickly became tedious. I feel that with the episode count it could have dedicated more episodes to side characters, it would have helped the show tremendously. And while we had some episodes dedicated to Suna, those didn't really made him more interesting; same can be said about other side cast. Overall, this series lacked the plot progression or some more important events that would push the series instead of being purest of the pure slice of life. But then again, with such an early relationship development between Yamato and Takeo it was inevitable. Still a nice show. |

| Shoujo can be a hit or miss for me. Many follow the same flow. But this one was different, and I think that's why I enjoyed it so much. I wish we had more of the side characters (Suna and his sister for one...) but regardless, I thought that the show was just gorgeous. It may not be the most breakthrough thing I've ever seen, but I loved all the episodes! 8/10 |
| Lovely ending! Those two are just so sweet. Yamato's face when Takeo called her first name *-* I just feel sad that Suna ended up with no one. I mean, he is the greatest of friends, so I think he deserves someone to make him happy. I'll probably read the manga. :p |

| Not much for an ending overall it became mundane after some episodes, mainly because it didn't really go anywhere and some unnecessary arcs (suna's was a shame) Yamato's VA was overdoing it, and it was too sugary in general 5/10 because of some funny scenes and facial expressions here and there |
| Mann, How awkward to be asked out with your boyfriend standing next to you. A good, funny shoujo. Honestly, I'm just glad that Suna didn't get with the stalker. Yamato x Takeo is great. 8/10 |

| I appreciate that this show tried to be more unique than the standard shoujo. It some ways it worked, but some ways it didn't. Overall: 7/10 really close to a 6 though. |

| A PERFECT TEN ... I haven't seen such a good romance since Kimi ni Todoke. Takeo is such a bro ... I really hated that cook, but I am glad he finally understood in the end that he was delusional. I loved the finishing touches with the hug and how he called her by her name. The only thing I didn't like about this series is that Suna didn't get a girlfriend. He really deserved a great girl by his side. |

| 7/10 I loved the first episodes because it felt like a different shoujo. In the middle of series, I got really bored. At some part, side characters were better. I didn't like Yamato at all, I'm not interested in Mary Sue characters. Gonna miss Suna's charming laugh, Takeo's loud noise and Ai's big sister attitude, though. |
| Nice series. 7/10 from me, because it become somewhat repetitive in the middle. It went from Great, to good, to merely ok, and then back to great again. Would be 8/10 if not for that fall. Anyway, season 2 when?! |
