I'm pretty fucking excited about this since I just adore Bakuman. Not so excited about JC Staff but hopefully, this'll be one of their better works. Can't wait till the seiyuu are announced. Takagiii~ <3 Modified by Amaya-dono, 12-11-09, 1:01 AM |

Haylias said: J.C. Staff? Noooooooo I'm worried that they'll somehow (who knows how they'll do it?) turn Bakuman into a cliched romance, which would be a sin. I knew it would turn into an anime at some stage, but never expected it to be so soon. Now I'll have to break away from my procrastination and catch up to the manga XD Excited about this :) |

Sounds nice. I can't wait to know the cast! I hope they stay true to the manga in those 25 episodes... I'm crossing my fingers. |

Haylias said: I wish to see that coming...Worried about fillers? I'm not. With any luck, the filler will just be episodes of Crow, Otters 11, Kiyoshi Knight, Trap etc. |

Staff i was expecting madhouse will do this but J.C staff?? they do have a good example like to aru series, but i'm not sure about bakuman. 25 episodes sounds good though, might watch it :) i like the manga a lot |

For a moment I thought JC Staff was a bad choice but after second thoughts, and considering the number of episodes, chances of an anime-only ending have been dashed. Madhouse don't usually do sequels, while JC Staff are usually aware of their incomplete source material and hopefully won't butcher the storyline with an anime-only ending. |

Bakuman is a good manga. I want the manga version to finish before they start animating it. |
