How do the chapters work???

So i have a question yesterday i caught up with the manga and i dont get something about the last few chapters including the latest one. the previous chapter said to loveru darkness will be back in the august release and here we are at the august chapter when its not even the first of august can somene please explain why that is?

August issue gets released in July, September issue gets released in August, and so on.
