So I was wondering if anyone has heard anything regarding the OVA that'll be included as episode 26 on the DVD releases of Darker Then BLACK. All I know so far is that it's called "Beneath the Fully Bloomed Cherry Blossoms".

I can't understand Japanese unfortunately, but the comments seem to indicate that it'll be a side story.

Anyone know anything else? I suppose it's largely speculation at this point since it's not out yet.

EDIT: If the preview footage is of the episode, it seems like it must be a side story given certain people being included...

That kinda looks like it will be as bad and as irrelevant as the Elfen Lied OVA :(

It's still Darker Than BLACK. So when it's out subbed I'm definitely going to grab it.

Well i guess it will be a filler-OVA then? Ah well I'll just see what it is when it comes out.

It looks to me like it's going to take place somewhere in the middle of the series (not a sequeal OVA). I'll still watch it though.

Supposedly, it came out today.
I have heard that it will continue, and possibly conclude the series.

Why hasn't it been added on MAL?

The YouTube linked that you posted has seemed to gone boom, anyhow my friend told me about this OVA and I quickly went here to check about it. If it's a filler I don't mind, it's DTB after all. Subbed soon enough I hope =3

They work fine for me.
Try checking if the file isn't corrupted, or if your codec pack isn't messed up (happened to me once).

The EXACT same thing happened to me, no matter what player I used or what settings were changed they never appeared. I was forced to use VLC. ;_;

So they were ok with vlc?

The subs themselves worked fine in VLC, the only problems that existed were the usual VLC problems: No sub styling, random crashes and sucky video seeking.

I had no problems watching the episode with MPC though.
