| Not talking about being dehydrated here. Call it what you want, thirst, lust, having perverted, lewd, lascivious thoughts or just plain being horny. I'm sure everyone with a healthy functioning libido has experienced it to some degree. I like to think of myself as someone that has some control over my urges. I'm a young guy though and my testosterone is probably at the highest it'll ever be, and sometimes I find myself doing stupid shit, clicking yt vids just cause there's a girl with a nice rack on the thumbnail or my eyes will start to drift around in the gym when I should be focusing on finishing my set. For the most part I consider it a minor distraction in life though. I'm gonna share a time when it was kind of a problem for me though. So I had this co-worker and she was pretty attractive and we talked sometimes and had some common interests. I quickly learned however that she was a lesbian and obviously that shit is not going to work out. Like she even introduced me to her gf and stuff and made it extremely clear to me. Despite this... the lust, the thirst... the thoughts wouldn't go away. There was a complete disconnect between my brain and my dick. I wish I could sit my dick down and be like "why are you still doing this, shit is not gonna happen". I think it was the first time I realized how devoid of logic and rationale these feelings were. It's not like I could just turn them off either, it's always there. It's a part of me and I accept that, but at the same time it just makes so little sense, especially in the case above. I'm sure other people have these problem although guys probably have to deal with this sort of stuff more than woman and Louis C.K would definitely agree. I am not a woman though, I've never been a woman and never plan on being one (although sometimes I like to joke that I'm a transgender lesbian), but yeah I can't speak on their behalf. I wonder if there is any way to get rid of it or have better control, maybe meditation or no fap or something... There's got to be some sort of method. Anyway I think that was probably TMI for most people, but yeah how thirsty/lewd/perverted/lustful etc. are you? |
