Plastic Memories season 2

Will there be a season two of Plastic memories/ will or will not watch?

Do you guys think there will be a season two of Plastic Memories? And if there was a season two hypothetically would you be interested in watching it? With what I've watched from Plastic Memories I'm sure I would one hundred percent watch a season two.

The giftia that he got paired up with in the end had some boyish type shoes imo and wears a long sleeve shirt. I personally don't think it was Isla's body but who knows. Don't think there will be a season 2 unless the BD does very well which I don't think is going to sell enough units for them to come up with a season 2 especially since its an anime original show with the manga following the anime and not vice versa.

I don't think there will be sequel but if there is, I will watch it.

There is no need for a sequel nor should there be. This is an isolated story and it was told fairly well. Not everything needs a S2.

Why ask a sequel to something like that? they completely left over their universe in the favor of a bad romance that pretty much makes it impossible to make a sequel. The best think they could do is a remake that focus on the universe instead of this joke of a romance.

I, personally, wish for a season 2 or at least an OVA to clean up the answers. I know that many people doesn't want to just keep thinking "What if" forever. I mean we can pretty much get a brief outline of what material there could be IF there was a season 2. Let's say that Tsukasa's new partner is Isla with a new OS, we could easily see 13 episodes of his new life with his 'new' partner. The story is there, the potential for it is there, just hope the writers' take it upon themselves to make it a reality.

I think it's good idea to have a second season if only Tsukasa and Isla are still partners and also I hope Isla will remember everything by reading the diary or something else that she can remember or they can find a way how to bring back the memories of giftias with their owners. That is the thing I want to have for season 2, it's like a happy ending.

There's no need for a sequel, the whole show was about Tsukasa & Isla's relationship which ended so another season would be pointless unless it's about other giftias but no one cares about them at this point.

i think in episode 11 it could be a hint that Isla left her dairy and the new giftia finds it and the story could develop that way........ i dont think there will be a season 2 though but i hope there will be

I feel like, they could have recycled Aira, or "Isla" and remade the body, but that new partner looked nothing like Aira.
My only guess is that they made a new partner, and thats that. Probably nothing to do with Aira regardless of how much he cared about her.
The dairy COULD be a big role itself.
Tsukasa's discussion on giftias getting their memories is long gone.
I do hope for a season two, because of how open ending the season one was.
I mean, hiding the partner from us? Thats gatta mean something.

This is a double problem here then.
Everyone as I said earlier, has Tsukasa and Aira ("Isla") wrapped in the bag for that relationship.
However, I'm seeing countless people (not only this website) woo'ing for more worldbuilding and not the relationship itself.

The problem is that Plastic Memories took a little of both, even though the intro clear visually stated (not literally) that Tsukasa and Aira would be together, which I don't get why you guys don't like the show if so.

Even though if there were to be a season 2, this show would most (in every way) have a character that doesn't have memories with Tsukasa. And so, R.I.P. because that makes it more world building since he lost his girlfriend and not thinking about starting a relationship with this new android. If it WAS a boy how everyone around me presumes, then R.I.P., you guys definitely get what you want.

They made this season serious, no joke. I mean 3/4 of it was just ABOUT the job. Yes around when Tsukasa confessed his feelings, it was not serious lol. Not in the slightest.
but their relationship was the real factor in this anime.
And making the relationship at the end of the anime like the end of intro, you have to admit that serious plot right there.

The last statement I have is, this anime had a LOT of comedy. Not many heart punching moments. It comes out as Sci-fi, wtf?
It ain't a comedy? I could already state some moments in the anime that makes it a comedy.

In the end, I must say its not her guys, its a guy so it seems... And I cant see a season 2, but an OVA is definitley possibe, great ending, Made me cry :(, If a season 2 does come it will be about him moving on, in episode 13 thats what we saw was him living the fullest and moving on for her

I highly doubt there will be another season. This type of cliffhanger ending isn't the kind that needs another season to clarify it. The writers most likely wanted to just leave what comes after that ending up to our imagination.

However, I would LOVE for there to be another season and I would watch the hell out of it.

I don't think there will be a season 2 but my question is this. If they have all this technology why couldn't they copy her memories and put them on a new OS? Did I miss something where they said they can't copy data from a computer to another or something? Still really loved the anime and it'll be in my top list forever.

Guys, Isla is dead, i think. All the other giftias that had be retrieved, died also (or just lose every memory). But it would be very good if there was another season, which wont happen. If the new partner was Isla's reincarnation, thatd be cool

I can imagine the awkward situation of Tsukasa's new partner moving in with him and finding he already has pictures of her holding him.

The long discussion about Isla. Showing his new partner Isla's diary. The two of them coming to terms with his old relationship.

I doubt it. The ending was very THE END like.

If there would be a S2, it would be with new characters and such.. it would be very different. Also, I don't think Plastic Memories was a huge success so... (although I really liked the show)

They is a Easter egg remember that diary and the part when they said that when kabuki and Ilsa isn't a partners by ore there was a way the isla introduced and that was spread so if probably they used the old one isla can come back or maybe the new partner of tsusaki might be the new memory of isla but forgotten her memories plus the diary she might see it and suddenly remembered some memories from the past I Don't Know 🙈 but it can only be my theory
