Most of us wanted this to be the ending does anyone know if something like this happens in the Manga since they only have up to the Masquerade scene translated to English as of now

I understand this was not much of a popular series but I would just want to see the Silvia part and they both kiss

On the wiki page for Silvia they say that they kiss when she finds out it was him that was the boy that helped give her Lancelot and everything and I don't remember that from the show

The anime is adapted from Light novel, not manga. I assume your talking about how Silvia finds out that Ash is the boy he promised and fell in love with as a child and then kisses Ash. Yeah that happens in volume 5, but the anime only cover volumes 1-4. So if they do a make a sequel, it will cover volume 5 and how many volumes after that and will show their childhood and the kiss you were talking about.
