Why is there no proper english title?

I have the blu-ray sitting right here beside me. When I went to look it up it's not even in the english title section. The box says right on it Queen's Blade 2 The Evil Eye. So what's going on? The official release has been out for years.

Yeah, it seems pretty random whether something gets an english or japanese title.
Strangely all of them have an alternate title that list the name in english on the titles home page, but does no good when you are looking through list and cant tell what anything is.
