| I gave up a while ago. But it was mostly because I found out I'm uncomfortable with romantic interactions involving myself (possibly due to low self-esteem? And probably because my father died when I was young and my mom never had a boyfriend / a new husband afterwards). I'm not complaining though. I'm much happier being single. |

| I've never been "trying". Romance is something that occurs naturally and if it happens, it happens. Why do I "pursue" it then? Because I want a future with a second person in my life. |

| There's over 7 billion people on Earth. I think "love" is easily attainable in life, but it's never what I'm looking for. It's kind of like having to settle for something fake or being someone you are not. I had a phase where being an overconfident flirt actually got me places. But that's not me. I think I'm an honest person at heart so I stopped acting like a dumb casanova or something. I'd prefer to be my slightly overly-conscious, boisterous, romantic goofball self than a fake who can smooth talk women. So I think I'll be going with the flow of things. It'll happen whenever it does. Seriously. It's a pain in the ass to be old school. |
