Yes, just watch Hellsing Ultimate, Hellsing is not worth watching unless you are curious about what's different and stuff like that. |

| You don't have to but I'd recommend it if you want the OVAs to be even more satisfying just by comparison. The original has some well directed shots that look cooler then anything from the OVAs and a killer OST, besides that it's got a terrible handled plot that ends abruptly and shoddy production values. |

| The TV series has it's merits. It's entertaining in it's own right, and has a better soundtrack. Ultimate is slightly better overall, but there's something good to be said about the overall tone of the TV series. |
