| I'm glad Souma is having to research and test multiple dishes for his match. This is the sort of thing I said I wanted to see a couple episodes back. It was nice to see some of Tadokoro's actual skill at the beginning of the episode too. The garden and private areas at Polar Star Dorm were pretty cool. |

| Souma is so badass that he challenges "Ms. Meat Master." to Shokugeki. So Tadokoro's actuall skill is awesome. The farm and other areas of Polar Star Dormitory is so cool. I can't wait for the intense match! |

| The Demon Princess manipulates entities such that they will have no option but to challenge her and essentially charge into their own doom. A small country on the verge of defeat shall presumably win in its upcoming moment of last stand, and thus shall the tides turn as the Saint Knight continues his conquest. Or Don RS ends up being significant for only a few episodes and the show forgets about it XD |

| Ikumi is so hot. This was a funny episode. I loved the farm scene the most. Megumi's cooking seems to be good and she only needs confidence. |

| I'd beat my meat to the Meat Master any day~ He's just looking for new ideas but he got dragged into a Shokugeki between Mito and the Don Research Society in the process. Megumi's a really good home cook when she's not overwhelmed by her nervousness as opposed to what her grades suggested. It shouldn't be surprising since she had managed to enter Totsuki but it's still nice to see her be appreciated. Her light suggestion had led to a scrumptious Chalapin Don bowl that will definitely knock the clothes off the competition. So tender... |

| Nice buildup episode focusing on Soma researching and trial-and-error cooking various donburi dishes to prepare for his first Shokugeki battle against the Meat Master, Ikumi Mito. It's going to be a typical David vs Goliath level fight in terms of the quality of meats used with Ikumi going for that fancy ass A5 graded beef whereas Soma obviously would go for something more regular but utilize different techniques to make something normal disguise itself as something that could be as tender as that A5 beef. Can't wait for the actual Shokugeki next episode. Also, I like Ikumi Mito already. |

| Being cold and efficient but fair is one thing. Too bad Erina feels cruel and taking delight in the failure of others. (It looks that way to me at least) The Meat Master seems different. Still a major asshole that need to be taken down a notch. The donburi guy is hilarious! |
