Reverse Sync'ing

I am a big fan of MyAnimeList, and i have made my list on the App AnimeTrakr.
Then i went on to sign up for MyAnimeList. I was able to sign up and login to AnimeTrakr but my lists are not syncing to the site or app. Is this problem or do i manualy enter my list?

There seems to be a problem right now with any application that contacts MAL directly. Hopefully the site admins or owner will fix it soon. If the AnimeTrakr people did a good job, all your changes are stored locally and will be synced once things are fixed. Just in case, I'd suggest noting your list status if you have to re-build it.
