| work smart i should say, back when i was an EDP staff in an office, i have some background with programming VBA for MS Office and SQL and together with googling a lot that help me finish work faster than my co-workers all the time, and that given me lots free time at work, although i did not get a lot of overtime though |

| Neither. If I have to work, smart is of course what you strive for, but avoiding work altogether is the ideal. Also, working hard doesn't necessarily have to do with quantity, and working smart doesn't necessarily have to do with quality. You can work hard to get quality results, and you can work smart in order to produce a higher quantity. |
