That came out of nowhere and it seems weird. Dating the teacher. But I guess in pseudo-hentai manga all those laws go out the window. So did they sleep together yet?

Actually, surprisingly enough, peeing on someone is the only illegal act in the girls. Even the loli is just one year younger than him. Even if the sisters were blood related, it would be legal in some states. The teacher choice is, technically, just violating professional policy. The equivalent of getting fired from a bakery for eating the cakes. Or having sex with them.

It depends on the country. In some it's illegal by law to have a sexual affair with a student since he is a minor and she is a ward for him. But these things vary from one place to another.

Beside the peeing without consent of the other person, the only really illegal thing, since it's set in Japan, would be the drinking of alcohol as a minor displayed on some occasions in the Manga.

Well, those skits are so ridiculous I think there's a translation problem and it's not actually alcohol.
