Task Manager.

Ctrl+Shift+Esc, right click Taskbar and select Task Manager.

You can use Task Manager to view weird processes.

Or if you aren't content with that, run your PC in Safe Mode first.

Im using iMac, and I'm not understand the shortcut key you guys mentioned.

In any case, is there any app that can auto detect?

IIRC for Mac(WHY OH WHY AREN'T YOU PART OF THE GLORIOUS PC MASTER RACE...), cmd+spacebar brings up the search function/spotlight then search for "Activity Manager" since it doesn't have a native shortcut like Windows does with Ctrl+Shift+Esc.

I see. I opened it and it came out a lot of Process Name, most of them are with shortform, in this case, how do I know the process name of remote control?

Okay this is a bit tricky since I'm waaaaay more attuned to Windows lol since only my relatives use freaking Mac ugh, but from what I remember, there's supposed to be a Program Name view? Switch to that or something then try to list it out and determine whether it's an apple service or not. Bonjour, Quicktime, etc are all legit and aren't spyware.
