Hm, i would def. second The irregular at magic high school. Main character is awesome. Also, not connected to magic, you should watch Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? (problem children come from another world). Kinda magic, awesome too and if u havent seen it, Haguure yuusha no estetica. Too doesn't use magic in a magic environment where everyone does but still is stronger than everyone :). Hope that helped.
