Submitted a character for several Johji Manabe titles

I recently submitted a character named Khada for 3 Johji Manabe titles. She appears in Caravan Kidd, Dora, and Capricorn. I submitted her about a week ago with an appropriate bio and I'm not sure if it's been accepted. Will I be notified if the character has been rejected? I don't see why it would be. All 3 of these manga are in different universes but this character makes an appearance in all 3 of them.

Any answers would be appreciated, thanks!

okay thanks! I wasn't sure if I'd get a PM if it was declined. Do they send out messages for declined character submissions?
