| A bot/fake account was spamming these threads. I reported it and the posts were deleted by Luna. I hope that answers your question. The number of replies should update though even when posts are deleted. |

He kept on posting even after I reported him and got the message that it was taken care of, it was after the 2nd or 3rd time that the account got deleted/banned. |
