| in terms of enjoyment, thoroughly enjoyed. in terms of plot, some holes were left but since there's seasons ahead I'm not worried some things won't be filled. although things like hawk being alive are probably some of the things that won't be explained. |
| Oh wow, I must admit this series caught me by surprise. I'm personally not the biggest fan of fantasy anime and I actually didn't like the series at first due to the 'generic' fantasy and magical elements and Meliodas being a perv. I actually did think about dropping this fairly early on. But I'm glad I pressed on because by the time I reached the tournament arc I really began to enjoy the series; it's very entertaining and quite funny at times! The series had some nicely animated fights and all of the characters were charismatic and likeable (err except maybe Elizabeth); even pervy Meliodas turned out to be a good bloke. My favourite characters were King and Gowther. My main criticism of the series is that it had too much plot armor. The battles themselves were fairly unpredictable and enjoyable but didn't have a level of suspense as you knew that the Seven Deadly Sins would eventually win after being healed essentially all the time, and that everyone who was dead would somehow be magically revived (although I'm genuinely curious over how Gowther keeps getting revived). The series failed to convey a level of emotion because of it, but I guess this is a shounen afterall... Regardless; solid 8/10 for me. |

| Wait,what do you mean "maybe we need to reconsider everything from the start again"?????.Don't tell me you want to kill Meliodas just because he is part of the Demon clan.And damn,what a finale.I don't know if I should rise this season's grade to 9 instead of 8 but the names of every spell kind of lowers the quality so I think I'll keep it at an 8(Which is Very Good).This season was awesome and you could just finish the anime/manga at this point,but instead there is Meliodas's origin and Escanor and I'm really hyped to see what is coming!!!The finale was predictable(maybe) in a vague way(Good beaten evil in the end) but honestly the way Meliodas killed Hendrik. was not predictable(I thought he would just unleash his power when Hawk got killed but instead it took a turn).Small Hawk is cute btw! This finale made me sad that it has ended.Again,I wanted to be in that tavern when they all celebrated and the Kingdom was so vivid. GOWTHER'S CREEPY SMILE IS NOT COMFORTABLE.I think there is something behind it and I'm scared. The openings were good,especially the second one(AT THE MOST HYPED POINT). Can't wait to watch season 2 and I'm really piss at the studio who is making season 3 for the animations. Overall a good season. 8/10 |

| I rewatched this during quarantine and enjoyed it more the second time around. I forgot a lot of things that happened. I'm glad my ship Gilthunder x Margaret sailed! :D |

| Its was fun time waster for me, to certain degree i enjoyed it. It has a lot of bad aspects though. Meliodas looks like Zelda lol. |
| I enjoyed this first season of 7DS, despite what I read about the series. It was entertaining, fun, and pretty well animated. 8/10 for me. |
