No I will not. Not at a '2.8' rating on IMDB. lol.
Wasn't it just 'the last airbender'(?) and it's not an anime. Haha. :P I like the show, but no i'm not watching a 'live action' of a cartoon. No freaking way. I did like the 'flinestones movie' though haha.

I know it's not an anime, but it's live action is the same quality as DB's.

Inception is basically a Hollywood remake of Paprika and that did pretty well...

Bleh. I was like 'hell no' when I saw the previews for both of those. HAHA.

I watched the whole BD adaptation, and tried my best to watch Avatar's too, but that one I left it in the middle. It was tooooo horrible! :(

I have a 'don't watch anything under 5 stars on imdb' restriction on myself so yeah, I generally don't give 'utter crap' a chance. Haha. I'm sorry you suffered. ^^

Except, I watched 'Vampires Suck' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1666186/ In theathers because I hate twilight, but that's another story. I laughed a lot.

Well, The Last Airbender was fairly true to the source according to the storyline. It just did absolutely everything wrong, starting from the casting and the script itself.

Edge of Tomorrow changed the ending from All You Need is Kill, but it wasn't bad.

Nay,if I wanted to watch a movie I would not watch anime.

I'd rather have some good original works.

Inception is actually great. It's not as clever/weird as people make it out to be, but for what it is i.e. a mindless shiny Hollywood film with lots of cool CG and slick actors, it's pretty good.

There's very few original anime, though. Most are adaptations.

I meant original western works,as western movies which do not adapt manga/anime,but if not original then adaptation of something western.
I should have clarified.

I would say Inception was most likely inspired by Paprika but isn't any sort of remake. Much like Black Swan and Perfect Blue.

Yeah that is fair, Black Swan and Perfect Blue is also a great example, I think those two are the closest thing to a Hollywood remake so that's why I call them such.

For like the last 15 years he has. And I think he pushed it back until after his next Avatar movie so I feel this is another one that might never happen.

That movie is a giant insult to not only DBZ fans but anime fans in general. None and i mean NONE of the characters act or even remotely resemble their anime counterparts. I've seen Frogs (the horror movie thats one of the worst movies ever) and Dragonball Evolution is even worse than that.....somehow.

It's not really a remake, they just share similar ideas. With the exception of Leo Dicaprio, everyone in Inception is kind of boring. Paprika had some boring charcaters to, but not nearly as many and you never really cared as you get swept up in the story. Plus it looks amazing.
