Well that may be going a bit far, I personally found both Air and Kanon more evocative out of Key's big 3, but yeah, absolutely no reaction from Clannad is possibly indicative of hollow ribcage syndrome. And even if you can't find the emotional parts stirring, if you in addition are unable to laugh at Fuko's "helpful" appearances after her story wraps up, you may need a funny bone donor STAT. | Clannad is awesome but it doesn't really get amazing till the 2nd season. The animation isn't bad, the music is good and this show will depress the hell out of you, well unless you have a heart of steel. Season 1 is just character development, Season 2 is when you get hit over the head with the emotional baseball bat. |

| Clannad is one of the worst shows I have ever seen. Clannad After Story is one of the best shows I have ever seen. The way I see it is basically ~30 episodes of mediocrity followed by ~10 episodes of pure brilliance. Yes, it is worth it. |

| It's alright. Not the most emotional anime I've ever seen, but it delivers a heartwarming story. But it did not make me cry, while everyone else told me it would. It was disappointing in that aspect. I heard the VN was better though. |
