well right now he is, but later on in the LN series, we'll probably get some more depending on what will the author will write in the next LN volume

you can't say probably for that. on the wiki it states that that crazy chick who invented the IS just never bothered to fix what made male pilots possible, implying she knows how to but didn't bother for whatever personal prejudices she may hold or because she just didn't feel like it.
