| The anime covers the entire second half of the manga in half the episode count at which it does the first half. So the pacing is a lot faster closer to the end in the anime. However the latter part of the story isn't as good anyway so I think the addition of voice acting in the anime was enough to balance that out. Overall either works I'd say, they're about even. |

| It doesn't matter, they are pretty much the same. Though you might want to check out the last chapters of manga after finishing the anime. |
| Thanks for the replies. I'll finish reading Liar Game first and I'll focus on Death Note. The first chapters were quite powerful, but the only thing bugs me is that why Light killed his family |

| Lol my fault. I'm reading the first chapters only. I'm not reading it throughly, just skimming the chapters, and I'm shocked when Light came home and no one greeted him. lol |
