Yea, it's 4 reviews and 6 recommendations to be exact... and it's beyond us the reason 'why'.
If you're using AdBlock Plus on MAL, you can try this:

Just create a new custom filter, add those lines, and there you go.
It works like a charm.

Thanks for the help. I didnt really mind the 2x2 format, but this is too execive(?) i have to scroll several pages to get to the discussion.

I honestly lost hope in "dialogue" when it changed to 6 recommendations.
No idea what they're trying to accomplish here.

An increase from 4 to 6 recommendations has happened a few days ago.

I'm rather puzzled what's going through the developers' heads right now. When the limit was increased from 2-2 onto 4-4, no one was asked or told about it. Afterwards, a discussion regarding the matter was brought up and supposedly, they were told behind the scenes to let the community know before making any new content changes. They sure have kept to that alright...

I think Serhiyko meant to move episode/chapter discussions (and entry threads in general) literally up, above the reviews, not communication with the owners :v

Yea, I got it xD
What I mean is: if they didn't listen to us twice (when changed recommendations to 4 and then to 6) why would they listen now (to change discussion forums)?

If you are referring to a userscript that would move forum discussions up and right below the entry's synopsis, I believe someone has already made that. Iirc, it went quite viral in Namine's Cafe next to the userscript that brings the comment section on the top of the club. One would just have to dig it up from the depths of the abyss now... or create a new one, if you're up for it.

I'll try. Iirc someone has presented it in a thread made in a club that wasn't Namine's Cafe, but it was a friends-community club. So yeah, forum search is not much of use, and I was in around 100 clubs at that time. Might take a while.

When is the last time MAL had a layout change? I have been here since 2011 and barely nothing has changed.
