THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Kind of disappointing that this arc only last for the first ten episodes, I thought it would last the entire season.
"Hello. I came to talk. I've been thinking lately. About you and me. About what's going to happen to us, in the end. We're going to kill each other, aren't we? Perhaps you'll kill me. Perhaps I'll kill you. Perhaps sooner. Perhaps later. I just wanted to know that I'd made a genuine attempt to talk things over and avert that outcome. Just once. Are you listening to me? It's life and death I'm discussing here. Maybe my death... maybe yours. I don't fully understand why ours should be such a fatal relationship, but I don't want your murder on my... hands..."

Yeah I think it's better that this doesn't take the whole season... now I wonder what's coming up next

Yeah the premise of the series makes you believe that this is the central plot line when in fact its merely only the first act of the show

It is absolutely a sin to be an anime fan and not at least experience "Akira" once in your life time.

So this one was just for the beginning of the show. Woa. If this powerful demon was the first true ennemy, I wonder how are going to be the others.

These were my thoughts exactly. It's not often in a work of fantasy that the all powerful Dark Lord gets defeated right off the bat. Still, I guess this will allow them to explore a variety of story types which I think will help keep things interesting.

Well, the fight was pretty good. Lina was great, loved that last attack.

Nice to see you here :)

Haha, awesome episode. Liked that Lina's hair turned white. She is indeed that monster in Gaury's drawing in a previous episode lol.
