I'm looking for best action/fantasy anime. Do you think you can help me out with this. I haven't seen any and I'd like to watch a few. No Ecchi or Mecha please. Thank you.

These next two recommendations are not "fantasy" per se, but they are quite fantastical.

Honestly, if you want the best...it's Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex

But looking at your list, I think you'll like Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan. It's still a legendary action anime, but shares many similarities with Trigun
