| Actually thinking about it now, Wake Up Girls! episode 2 is literally the most offensive thing I've seen. The tasteless objectification of the cast had my blood boiling and I almost ended up dropping the episode out of rage. Now to be fair, it was directed this way and intended to invoke this kind of response, so I have to give them credit for squeezing that reaction out of me. It was offensive in a good way, because it shows the difference between harmless fanservice fun and blatant disregard of others as human beings. |

Crime rates are higher among poorer people in general. African Americans are in general poorer because of the effects of segregation when they were forced into ghettos. Without these circumstance rape/crime rates for African Americans would not be as high. Also EVERY rapist in the hentai was african-american which is statistically incorrect since it mostly takes place in JAPAN. So your sly "statistically correct" comment was wrong either way. |

Not that I want to add more fuel to this flame bait but blaming segregation, which happened nearly 60 years ago, for present day problems for the average African American is a bit of a stretch by any means. The biggest problem that blacks have in America and why many of them can't leave the ghetto is due to poor education and lack of any male role models. Not to mention that "FUCK THE POLICE" culture many of them buy into, which certainly doesn't do them any favors. I've met many intelligent and successful black kids where I live in Cleveland and none of them have ever played the race card or blamed white privileged for their problems. They just worked their asses off to get to where they are. Also, don't get too angry about how Japan satirizes or stereotypes blacks. They do that to every culture. Just laugh it off and move on.
